Bed was absolutely horrible. The bed nearly tipped over twice because of the flimsy frame, the toilet seat was loose and barely secure, the carpet felt damp. Overall not a good experience.

The owner of the property is very freindly, very helpful, and always available. When you have a need he remedies the issue right away. I enjoyed my stay. It was very quiet and peaceful.

What a pleasant surprise! I came into town for a quick business meeting and was so amazed at the totally remodeled units (43 was perfect!). David was such a great help and fun to chat with and the work that they have done with the flowers, gardens and just keeping everything in great condition was refreshing. For the price it was great, ac worked without issue. The pillows were flat, definitely could use some new ones. Also it was advertised as a sound proof room, however, it was not. I could hear the vehicles driving by the road very easily.

My buddies and I made Sage n Sand our base motel for this ride round eastern Wa. I have to say that the Service was exceptional. I made a minor error in my reservation but David, the owner, came up with a solution for us and took care of it. He made all of us felt so welcomed and we really appreciated all his efforts. I would definitely recommend this motel to anyone visiting the Mosses Lake area. Thank you David, for all you do .

Everything was awesome! Cute remodeled room but kept the vintage charm. Clean and comfy. Will definitely stay here again when we go to our next concert at the Gorge. You should support this small family owned business, for sure!!! 😁

The room was actually very nice, updated and clean with a comfortable bed. It is a motel that is rented weekly as well, so there is allot of in and out traffic and you can hear conversations outside your room. Great though if you are on a roadtrip and just need a place to crash for the night that is inexpensive.
