Crystal Coast Oceanfront Hotel was a hidden gem. Starting with check in…the lady behind the desk was welcoming, friendly and very informative . The room and grounds were spotless. The bed was comfy. Sitting on the balcony watching the ocean was so peaceful. There were even complimentary beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. We will definitely be back and can’t wait for on site restaurant to be completed.

We LOVED staying here so much we couldn’t leave. 1 night trip turned into 3 and they were so accommodating. This is Pine Knoll Shores best kept secret. It’s close to shops, food and of course the beach!

The staff is great as always. The hot tub needs to be fixed, it’s not been working but about half the past three times we’ve stayed here. We love the location and again the people that work there are awesome.

We were visiting for the annual seafood festival and chose to enjoy a beachfront property as a bonus. This establishment offered that in a great way. Beach chairs were provided along with umbrellas. Unfortunately with an extremely high tide only one beach day was possible but the pool was nice along with the hot tub. The hot tub jets weren’t properly functioning as only 2 out of the group worked. The room was nice with the promised oceanfront view, also very nice!! The bathroom however was quite small but was manageable even as a full figured woman. The shower above our room leaked but not to the point of it being an issue. The staff was friendly for the most part when interactions occurred. It is located in a quiet neighborhood type setting so it does make for about a 20-25 minute drive but everything you could need is in that distance. We also took advantage of the aquarium just minutes down the road. I would stay here again.

This has to be one of the best place I have stayed. Everyone was warm and friendly. I was assisted immediately with check in and out. I love the scenery inside and out. I love everything about this place. Would highly recommend and will be staying again!

Nice hotel, but I wish they would get rid of those SHOWER CURTAINS & use some other type of shower enclosure. Even with the door shut they attack you! I also wish they would enstall a room safe! Otherwise they are good!!
