Extremely outdated, old dirty carpet, rusty sink, noisy ac. Very noisy with people outside until 2 am. Expedia needs to remove this hotel.

At first I thought this will be ok because I got a great rate, but then I walked in to the lobby to the smell of marijuana, that coupled with the attendant who saw me while she was out in a smoke break, decided I could wait another 20-minutes while she argued on her phone and had a couple more Cigarettes. When I finally made it to my room I realized very few updates to this property have been made in the last 10 years and while they say it’s non-smoking, that’s clearly not true. This is the worse hotel experience I’ve ever had. Expedia you let me down by even allowing this as an option!

Nice quirky lady that runs it.. You could hear the people above us walking around and the bed was horrible and the air conditioner sounded like it was gonna take off everytime it turned on. But decent area…starbucks across the street

Great location for events at Bluestem Amphitheater. Hotel is very dated but the staff definitely made up for it. We would stay here again.

Nice little country style hotel

The hotel is luxurious or perfect, but it's awesome for the price we paid. 1. It's welcome and cute outside; 2. The staff is very welcoming and friendly; 3. My husband really loved the special parking spot for the veteran; 4.The breakfast offered many choices: cereal, boiled eggs, bread, bagel, juice, waffle, yogurt, fresh fruits, apple sauce, and cheese sticks. I'm glad I didn't waste money on those fancy expensive hotels.

The location was great and felt safe, staff really nice and accommodating, solid breakfast choices. My only critique is the hotel is a little run down. Overall I enjoyed the value and had a great 3 night stay, would come back.
