This property is not ADA compliant. I inquired about the lack of a pool lift-required since 2013-and was told 3 different stories and was told I could use the pool at A sister location. Just what the disabled need, more work!! I’d Expedia should not dl business with hotels that Are Non-compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act

The Monticello Best Western was ideally located near the raceway and Bethel Woods. The price was reasonable and the property was safe and clean

The place was decent enough with comfy beds, but after I woke with big swollen itchy bug bites on my thighs and backside, it kind of nullified anything else.

Basic hotel, nothing fancy. The pool was small and cold. Bathroom super small and sink outside of the bathroom. The hair dryer in our room didn’t work.

This hotel is dirty. There was a mice running around in our room when we were watching TV at night. Also, the breakfast area is very small. We will not stay there again.

Smelly room and no sunshine.

The room itself was fine. The bed was comfy. Our window was directly in front of the sidewalk and drive up to the front door so we heard suitcases rattling on the sidewalk and didn’t feel comfortable opening our window blinds. The pool was cold. And the microwave smelled like fish. Maybe a different view with a clean microwave would have made the difference but there were just too many things.
