Took forever to check in, my non-smoking room smelt like chimney, found a coke can on the sofa, got charged twice for the same room (After spending ton of effort and time, finally their Manager fixed the issue). Wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The staff and management helped me out with a difficult situation involving a group of rooms for a business situation. They were amazingly efficient and cooperative. Very professional. I will be using this hotel again for business accommodations.

Overall was good. They did not have the king size room that I paid for. Had to settle for a room with two beds. I was comped two free breakfast buffets to make up for it. Had to pay again to get out of parking deck when I was charged for it upon check in.
