I slept well. Some of the linens were stained. That night when I got up to the restroom there was cockroaches on the flooe. the next morning went to the lobby to find coffee the food for guess was very poor the options were very very limited. All the hotel exterior windows were dirty!

Older facility, hot tub, not well kept we had to have the cleaning lady come in and mop the floor because there was hair all over the bathroom.

I want to thank Jennifer and the check in staff. They were friendly and Jennifer went out of her way to help us get a working TV. The room smelled like mold and there was mold growing in the bathroom. I have pictures. The floors were dirty, the bathroom door had dents and needed painting, the walls had dents, and overall the rooms need to be refurbished! The area around the hotel had homeless people and it felt unsafe.

The area was great. Close to the aquarium, staff was nice. The room was okay. The restroom had mold in it and it smelled odd probably due to it. It’s a nice place they just need a paint job and to get rid of the mold.

Poo water backed up into tube and we were not able to utilize shower. Manager Miguel Renteria said to let Hotels.com know, and he will issue a discount on stay.

Very, very old and it showed. I bought a 'Patio Suite' and I laughed out loud when I saw it. The patio was a cement slab on the parking lot, with a privacy curtain that was ripped in 20 spots and full of holes. The shower had no water pressure, AT ALL. The staff was kind, and changed my room immediately after I complained about a dog barking in the adjoining room. The staff was trying as hard as they could, but the ship was sinking. The pool was great, 8-1/2 feet deep.

We were very disappointed in the condition of hotel. Room offered had odors and was old. Hotel reception did mention they were doing renovations, so maybe better to avoid this hotel until all is done.

Good helpful. Customer service. But the gym was not like the pictures at all. Only a couple old broken dumbbells in a mostly empty room. A few cardio machines some of which weren’t even plugged in. The pictures also show a restaurant and hotel bar. Neither of these were actually open for use. Nice people at the desk. Just a busted old property.
