Annette, the desk clerk, was wonderfully helpful and pleasant. She made great recommendations for dining, travel routes, etc. A great addition to our stay. Deluxe queen room with full kitchen-large and clean, but could have had a few practical amenities like paper towels in kitchen, a box of kleenex in bath, etc. Shower dispensed liquid soap and shampoo, but neither was labeled so couldn't tell.

Nice place. Some parts of the room are in need of repairs such as windows, blinds and dated bathroom. Walls are thin too (noisy). However it was a comfortable and quiet place.

What a find! Reasonable price, walkable to several restaurants and the beach. Quiet area, felt perfectly safe walking at night. Will definitely return!

Rooms were small but comfortable. I was disappointed that our room was not cleaned every day. When I asked at the front desk, they said they were short staffed. They did bring fresh towels

Nice place to stay. I would recommend that you mop or swifter the floors in between guests. Socks were black from dirt within 10 minutes. Definitely need new mattresses well in room I was in I could feel the springs in my back. Otherwise awesome staff is what made it great. Location and quietness of the area as well.

Pacific Grove stay

Very quiet, convenient and the staff are very friendly. Check in was a breeze as well as checking out. Location was great. The area is different than the other towns and cities in the area. Even though it is still touristy it had a local feel that the other towns didn't.
