Air conditioning quit working after the first night. Hotel was fully booked, so they were not able to move us to another room. Hot tub water was green. Hotel was not as advertised in photos or ratings. Will not stay there again.

The TV did not work, the air conditioning did not work, there was no housekeeping (due to short staffing), and the floor was so dirty my feet were black after walking across it. There was also what appeared to be blood spatter on the curtains (which also did not work).

The place is old, but clean. Continental breakfast is carb focus. Outside is dirty and trash on ground. Pool and hot tub kinda gross, so didn't get in.

Tired tired property

Tired property up against freeway. Had bugs in the bed (not bed bugs), only got a “sorry, we’ll look in to it” No offer of compensation. Will never stay or recommend this place.

There were people hanging out outside all hours of the night being loud, drinking. The back side of the motel looked like people were living there and very run down. Not a place for kids or families to stay

The room was nice and spacious but the noise from outside is quite intrusive. There were also people going up and down the stairs and this was noisy in our room but we do realise that there is not a lot you can do about that. The pool that looks very inviting in the marketing photos is actually a bit grotty and is in the middle of the shared car park!

I’m not sure how this place has the rating that it does. The rooms were so dirty. Walked to the bathroom to the bed and my feet were black on the bottom. The shower had mold growing in the seals. No soap or toiletries. The AC does not work only way to cool your room down is to open your door which gives you a great view of the working girls……we had three rooms and non of the AC worked.. the pool was filthy and the hot tub was colder than the pool. Breakfast was a joke cereal with no milk, and some different breads you can warm up.

If i could give this hotel a 0 star i would. The room is completely run down! The curtains are stained with what looks like mole. The tv wouldnt even turn on. For what i paid a night is completely insane for the quality of the room. I walked to get food from a taco truck right next to the hotel a unhoused guy next to the building sitting there and girl next to the building going up to random guys. In the morning loading up are trunk a black truck parked next to us seem like they stay in their Tahoe over night in the parking lot of the hotel. The guy gets out you see 3 other people in the vehicle he creep us out. The vehicle the windows had cover ups so most likely they stayed in the parking lot but at the front desk ask for license plates to park there. Picture are false advertisements.
