This is a terrible hotel - too noisy: 1. Kids were running in the hall way around 6::00am; 2. Guests upstairs were moving bed/sofa with squeaky noise in wee hours; 3. The shower bothering from neighbor guests was so loud as if we were sharing the same bathroom… The hotel should install noise proof or dampening insulation… Will never come back to this one or Hilton with its not-so-friendly front desk!

Not worth the money!

The layout and trying to get to your room with parking was awful. The light in the bathroom was constantly turning off while you tried to shower. The motion sensor was horrible! No hot water for the shower, barely able to get warm water. My worst experience at a Hilton!

The hotel itself is lovely. The bed had a huge dip in it and pillows were so lumpy. The shower didn’t work properly so it either had water pressure and was boiling hot or no pressure and Luke warm at best. The fridge made a noise all night.

Nice hotel just outside Monterey.

We stayed here in August 2024 on our visit to Monterey. The hotel is located just out of town, but in a convenient location. The room was OK and had a very nice bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We had a balcony, but didn't use it. There was an outdoor pool in the central area. We had breakfast one morning which was quite nice, but not a very good selection. The hotel charged $19 for parking, which I felt could have been included in the price.

Very courteous front desk staff. The facility is just average. Very poor shower water pressure. The laminate flooring in the room I stayed in is coming up. You can hear people walking in rooms above. They allow pets apparently. While staying here I could hear a dog barking incessantly in a nearby room. While seated on the balcony I had dirt swept onto me by staff cleaning above me. Overall, an average stay for an above average price.
