All staff were very nice and acommodating. Hotel was clean and very comfortable. Vincent at the front desk was extremely helpful when i called before booking. We needed a wheelchair accessible room and the pictures did not show the toilet area accurately. He personally went to the room to check so he could verbally explain how the safety bars were placed. He also encouraged me to book with Hotels.com because the rate was better than what he could offer. He then had me call him back just to make sure i booked the same room he looked at for me. EXCELLENT customer service! We will be staying here again in the future.

Courteous staff! Only issue was water pressure was low and bathroom sink didn't drain well. Not a fan of the barnyard bathroom door. Otherwise no big issues. Conveniently located near downtown.

Well maintained property even though it’s older. Room was nice and spacious and everything appeared to be well kept and in good running order. Breakfast was constantly restocked and tidy and staff was friendly and efficient! I would definitely stay again, one con is that one of the streets/roads we took to the hotel wasn’t very well lit and not clearly marked, but that’s not their fault. We had one car for our group of 3 and had no problems finding a spot at night, some oddly placed ones but no complaints. Some spots farther from the entrances were less lit, but the hotel is a bit secluded from other plazas, it’s right next to a tiny lake/park.

Everything was nice, everyone was friendly. It was close to the beach. The only thing that could have been better is to have services like netflix or amazon prime available on the TV.

I just couldn't believe that a place I paid $1400 for 3 days, had no facilities, and not even a computer. The room was comfortable, TV worked fine. Breakfast was minimal for a Hampton Inn. No pool, business center, or fitness facility. Like I said no frills. Not a place I'll be coming back to.

Nice small hotel.
We had a really good stay. The rooms were nice and the staff friendly. It was like a small, personal hotel. And the price was fair. We will definitely be staying here next time we come. I like that everything was close enough (I.e. kitchen, front desk, ice machine ) ect. We had a pleasant stay. Thank you.
