This cottage is only a short drive into downtown Moneta and the Halesford Bridge area for shopping, dining, boat trips, mini-golf, and much more.
The entrance leads into the kitchen, then to a family room with a flat-screen TV and comfortable furnishings. There is a large deck with an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, and Adirondack chairs to relax in. The boat dock is private at the back of a cove with a boat ramp right in the community, less than a mile from the home. This home has the primary bedroom on the main level with a King bed en suite. Two more bedrooms upstairs with a shared bath on that level as well. One room has a Queen bed, and the other has a Queen and Double. The lower level has a den with a large flat-screen TV and a third bath. For pet owners, the fenced-in backyard provides a safe haven for your furry companions.

House Rules for Your Stay
Responsible Renter: You must be at least 25 years old to rent the property. Proof of age may be requested. A parent or legal guardian must accompany guests under this age.
Occupancy Limit: The property is strictly limited to the number of guests specified in your reservation, as listed in the house advertisement (ages 2 and above). This maximum occupancy cannot be adjusted. Exceeding this limit is a breach of contract and may result in immediate eviction.
Pets Policy: Only dogs are allowed in approved pet-friendly homes with a paid fee. All pets must be leashed and under control at all times. Emotional support animals are not permitted unless explicitly authorized in writing with a fee.
No Parties or Events: The property is for residential use only. Parties, events, or loud gatherings are not permitted and may result in immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, please keep noise levels to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Respect the neighbors’ right to quiet enjoyment.
Trash Disposal: Guests must remove all trash upon departure and dispose of it in the designated facility. The cleaning fee covers routine cleaning only and does not include additional cleanup.
Property Respect and Maintenance: Report any maintenance needs immediately to ensure a prompt resolution. Treat the home as your own; any damages or excessive mess may result in additional charges. Please return all furnishings to their original positions upon checkout.
Follow Local Regulations: Abide by all local laws and regulations. No parking on lawns or adjacent properties; please respect all parking restrictions.
Emergency Preparedness: Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures. Keep emergency contact information accessible during your stay.
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking and dispose of all cigarette waste properly.
