Nate was at the desk when we arrived. We were looking at other amenities than what the Mictotel but Nate gave us other options and was familiar with the area. His expertise of the area helped us decide to stay there! The room was fine, the hotel was in a Quiet area, parking was secure, breakfast was fine, he was very familiar with the area & helped us find shopping and dining facilities! Nate was great for us - very pleased he was there when we arrived!!!

Ok for a quick visit

The stay was ok, walls are paper thin. We had to call the front desk about our upstairs neighbors but they took care of it right away. We only had housekeeping service one time during our stay. When we asked the front desk for supplies they handed them over without issue. Our room keys were disabled during our stay as well (five nights), again we had to go downstairs to fix it, but it was fixed quickly. Breakfast is waffles, muffins, bagels, coffee and juice. We saw a couple of roaches in the bathroom but not an infestation by any means. If you’re looking for a cheap stay I recommend out of what’s available in the area, but would not stay long term.

The only issue with the room during our stay was the room keys didn't work properly. Appeared as though the electronic lock set had been damaged and not replaced. Had some trouble getting intot he room several times.

Overall, the hotel served its purpose. We were able to sleep in a decent room for rest on our long road trip. The room was comfortable. There were only two flaws we noticed but were able to work with them. The first was there was a small rust stain near the drain in the tub. The second was the drink machine did not work at breakfast. Again, it served its purpose and all was fine. The propertt was conveniently located near some restaurants.

Nice budget hotel, but little problems persist

Overall its a really good place to stay and its clean and the staff is nice. I have stayed there three times recently. Each time I have had a problem that I dont usually have when staying in a hotel. The first stay my coffee maker didnt work. The second stay, my tv remote didnt work. It was easily rectified by the staff. The third time there was no tv remote in my room. Again, it was easily corrected, but these are small problems I dont normally have when staying at a hotel.
