Good for an overnight stay.
Great location, large king room, updated decor throughout, good value, breakfast was fair. The floors in our room needed cleaning. The bathroom floor left footprints when we first walked on it. No trash can in the bathroom, no ice bucket just a bag. Bathroom was painted and updated except for the bathtub which should have been as it was stained. There was paint on the outside of the bathtub that should have been cleaned up. A $100 deposit on a credit card is required along with the nightly fee. This can take 5-7 to be credited back. This may be an issue for some customers. It seemed a bit much to me.

We had picked another hotel and it was nasty. Expedia helped us cancel that reservation. This hotel helpwd us get a room and it was much better still not great but good. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom nees work big time but for a bathroom. It worked for the needs. The lady on the front counter was amazing. Breakfast was very dispointing there was almost no food at 8:30 am and all the tables were dirty and the garbage was over flowing. Not the best experiance but worked for an emergency stay. I wouod probably not stay here again.

1. TV not working, phone cord broken, had to go down to front desk as they didn't answer phone and voicemail full. And, again to get WIFI password. Loud pitch ringing/whistle coming through walls for about 12 of the 20 hours I was there. I reported to front desk, but nothing was done about it. A total nightmare.

My stay was awesome! Initially, I was nervous because it was downtown, but the location was great, the building was well kept, and my room was very clean. The room had everything I needed and was very quite. The staff was very friendly. Great stay!!!

The staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean and smelled great. Only issue was thw microwave glass plate was gone and the turning part was melted on part of it.

We booked this site because you have South Alabama University area in your location. This location is not anywhere near USA. It's on the other side of I-65 from USA. This is very misleading. We were able to check in an hour early, which was very helpful!! We appreciated that.
