Elevator not working. Told two 75 year olds they could go to the end of the hall on first floor and take two flights of stairs to the second floor. Struggled to take two bags up. The shower head dripped the whole time we were there. Room smelled musty.

The staff during our check-in/out are very efficient and friendly. The place is well kept, linen fresh and bfast is just good to start the day. We will surely come back to this property again.

TV never worked properly. Hole in the floor going into the bathroom. First night there power was off for well over 2 hours. Morning person at front desk not pleasant at all. Bugs collected in window as well as on top of the A/C unit. Housekeeping knocks on the door starting at 8:45. Checkout is what 11:00-12:00?!?! Woke us up every morning. Overall just a terrible hotel. No wonder it was so cheap. Stay away!!

No hot water

The employee that worked yesterday was absolutely wonderful. We checked in after 5pm. In rm 217 the toilet constantly ran and we had no hot water in the shower. When I checked out on Sunday I informed the employee at the front desk and she said oh in that room the shower is backwards so the hot is cold and vise versa. I said no when you turned it to cold absolutely no water came out.
