Step into the casual main living area and put your feet up on the plush couch. Surf the cable channels on the flatscreen TV. Enjoy the central AC on hot days and cuddle up by the gas fireplace when the temperature drops.

The private washer/dryer will keep the dirty clothes at bay while you head outside and sink into the bubbling hot tub. Connect to the WiFi to listen to some background tunes while one of your guests fires up the BBQ to grill up a fresh dish from local ingredients.

Great location in Moab
This home is a perfect location, minutes fro Arches NP and close to Canyonlands NP plus Deadhorse State Park. Each night we were able to walk to great restaurants plus the Food Truck park was a great stop for a dessert, coffee or a meal.

Spacious, comfortable property within walking distance of downtown Moab and its shops and restaurants. Perfect location from which to explore Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. One note - the toilet in the guest bathroom doesn’t flush well. Otherwise, great place to stay.

Visit to Arches
We decided to visit Arches in the off season. It’s beautiful in the winter, by the way! The unit is just minutes away from the entrance to the park. Check in and out process was a breeze and communication with property manager was excellent. The unit was pretty well maintained overall. Normal wear and rare that you’d expect. The router is located in the garage and the internet signal was very weak throughout the house, so we were unable to connect devices well or use Netflix. The sleeping accommodations were great and the ping pong table was a major bonus. The hot tub was well maintained and we enjoyed using it. The unit is located on what seems to be a rather busy street, across from a trailer park. We were able to hear cars and trucks coming and going late into the night which wasn’t a deal breaker, but not ideal.

Great location in Great House
This house was perfect for our family of 6 trip mid December 2023 to see Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Our family enjoyed the ping pong table and hot tub. The kitchen and linens were fully stocked for our needs. The location made downtown Moab easily accessible for groceries and restaurants. This a great house. It was clean and had everything we needed.

We used this property as our home base as we explored the area including mountain biking and hiking. We also prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner. The kitchen was large enough and well equipped to prepare our meals.

Family Trip To Arches
The house was spotless and everything in it was in excellent condition. It was walkable to town and a short drive to Arches. The indoor pool was great for the hot afternoons when we were done hiking but the kids needed something to do. The only downside was that the view out of the front windows was of a poorly maintained trailer park so we kept the shades drawn since it wasn't an attractive view but overall would recommend staying here.

Beautiful home and great location!
We have stayed in many VRBO homes, and I would have to say that this is one of the most nicely furnished and beautifully decorated homes. Being 15 minutes to the Arches National Park and 35 to Canyonlands was very convenient along with a nice town with many shops and places to eat. They even have a City Market (Kroger) store that made us feel right at home. They had many pictures on the walls of the Canyonlands and Arches National Park. They have informational magazines and extremely well supplied kitchen and bathrooms with trash bags, soaps, and a very big laundry room and a garage that you can pull your car into. The beds were very comfortable and TVs in every room. We would highly recommend this location to anyone coming to this area of Utah.

Everything was oversized & well appointed from the extra large dining table to the two spacious seating areas in the living room. Master bed room had a great walk-in shower plus a hot tub off the secluded side patio. Other BRs & shared lavatory were very nice, too. Nicely equipped kitchen. Location was an easy walk to Main Street’s many bars, restaurants, a fine book store, and tee-shirt emporiums & sundry shops. Easy drive to park entrance. Oh! And garage ping pong & laundry facilities! Clean, quiet & comfortable. Would definitely book again!

Arches vacation
The property was nice and close to Moab, yet still far enough off the main road so you could relax. The property was furnished OK. There were minimal/basic cooking utensils but enough to get by. The beds were comfortable and we slept good here. It was on a corner lot and close to the road, but like I said above the road wasn't too busy. Only the occasional UTV roaring by.
