To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
Guests who cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in will be refunded 50% for all nights.
Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund.
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Beautiful, clean, spacious property. Best amenities, stocked kitchen, supplies and linens of almost any vacation rental we’ve stayed in. Great proximity to the parks in the area, literally a few minutes from Arches. Moab is a great town with lots of shopping and restaurants. Our family had a great stay!

Communication was awesome. Stay was clean and orderly, cute and comfortable! Loved that it was stocked with basic spices and some food items. No yard for kids to play in, no food in pool area, pool very basic, bunk beds squeak, neighborhood was a little iffy but overall a great stay. It was centrally located, easy access to town, fitness center down the street, and impressed with management company.

Very nice condo!
There were 8 of us total, including 2 kids. We were mountain biking for a week. The place was very big, with a well stocked kitchen. It has a nice open layout for socializing and it’s in a good location. I also like the bike repair stand and tools.

Fabulous experience!
This was such a great spot for our extended family to enjoy for a few days together in Moab. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. Everything about this home was so comfortable. We had a lot of outdoor activities planned for Moab. It was great to get out early, come back to the house to rest and relax when the heat was most intense, and then swim before/after dinner. We couldn’t get my kids out of the pool. It was so close and convenient to the unit. Location was very convenient to town and all of our excursions. I would definitely stay here again.

This home was the PERFECT Rental for our crew. Everything about this place was above and beyond. They didn’t miss one detail. From the kitchen supplies, to the toiletries, the pool and towels and the decor. It truly had everything you needed and didn’t even know you needed!! We highly recommend, and if we visit Utah again-will be staying here for sure!

The location was great! Overall great place! Just a couple issues. The washing machine smelled really bad, the internet/cable didn’t work a lot of the time (not that we went to Moab to be on the internet or watch tv), and there were bed bugs in the couch. The unit had pts of space for our family of 5!

Best Vrbo Stay Ever
Upon arrival we were thrilled with the cleanliness of this unit! I have never been in a rental cleaner than this! Not one stray hair or fuzzball could be found. This rental has anything and everything you need! The kitchen is fully equipped with any small appliance you would need, a multitude of cooking spices, oils and nonstick spray. Aluminum foil , sandwich bags, sharpies and batteries were even available! The beds, couch and furnishings were comfortable and felt great after our long days exploring the area. Even the 2 foldaway beds were a hit with a couple of our teenagers. In the garage we were happy to have available a bike repair stand and multiple bike tools, including a standing pump and wrenches. Also available in the garage was a giant Jenga set and a cornhole set that our teenagers had a ball with having nightly tournaments. It’s perfectly located in my opinion. It’s a quick bike ride or drive to town and to area attractions. We were primarily there for mountain biking, but also visited Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park and Dead Horse Point State Park. We also took a rafting trip on the Colorado River. This was the best trip we’ve had in years and that is mostly due to this rental! We had no issues and no complaints! Great job hosts! You are truly making vacation dreams come true!
