PLEASE NOTE: The Entrada community hot tub is currently closed for repairs. It is expected to reopen on or around March 24, 2024. The community pool is not yet open for the season. The reopen date is weather-dependent and will be announced soon. See Fine Print section below for additional details.

The Fine Print:

- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 100% refund***
- Bookings canceled between 7 and 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund***
- Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will receive no refund.
- Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
- Enhanced cleaning with EPA approved cleaning products
- We require an email address, phone number, mailing address, and signed contract for all reservations
- Same-day bookings require a 4-hour notice prior to check-in. Please confirm availability before booking
- Because of enhanced cleaning, early check-ins and late check-outs are typically not available
-Community pool availability is weather-dependent and managed solely by the neighborhood HOA. The pool is open from approximately late March-October, but varies by year. If pool access is important for your stay, we suggest confirming availability with Reservations before booking and/or altering your plans as necessary.

Depending on your method of booking, any pet fees due may not be reflected in the price shown during checkout process, even if you selected that you will be traveling with pets in your search parameters. Amazing!!!
Everything was extremely clean and we had everything we needed and more!! Pool area and the kids cubby were big hits. Kitchen was spacious and included everything we needed to cook for big group. Beds were very comfy!! We will definitely be staying again!!

Gorgeous and inviting!
We LOVED staying here!!! Each unit was fully furnished, comfortable, clean, and SO inviting! I loved that the patio doors opened right to the pool gate! The communication with the property managers was outstanding. They were quick to answer any/all of our questions and made me feel like they were truly happy to help me in any way possible. The neighborhood was quiet at night, but still close to everything you wanted to see/do! Every adult in our group mentioned how perfect this listing was. We had everything we could have needed or wanted in a home away from home. It has a ton of space and bedrooms and games and more kitchen tools than my own kitchen. Having two fridges (one in each side) turned out to be a surprising highlight! Thank you SO MUCH for a fantastic vacation spot! We will definitely be coming back again!!

We rented 631 and 635. There were 27 of us altogether aging from 8 months to 72 years. Everyone had a great time. The property had everything that was advertised and the host and staff were wonderful. We would recommend this place to anyone!!

We loved our stay, it was a great place with lots of amenity's. The pool was nice and clean. There was plenty of space to spread out and not feel over cramped. The toy room was a huge hit with the littles in our group. Thank you very much for the great experience.
