Absolutely loved the neighborhood the hotel was in and the food options nearby. The hotel itself is an older hotel with outdated interior and at the time there was a serious ant issue throughout the time we were there. We did not change rooms, but several other people staying did. Night Staff at the hotel lacked courtesy and it appeared they were disinterested in being there. We went for a wedding and the beach, so that was nice, but the hotel itself was uncomfortable due to the many issues with ants crawling all over the room and the poor customer service from the night staff.

I will return to this place! The room was beautiful, spacious and clean. The price was great! The Athena Spa and Gabby made the experience just that much better, even my dog had a great time 😁

Trip to Mission Viejo was very nice. Check in was easy. Staff was excellent and friendly. They placed us in a room that was a great location for us and our service dog. Breakfast was delicious. Thank you for making our stay very pleasant.
