There is a full bar complete with a sink, mini fridge, glassware, and a stand-alone ice maker. The living area is next to the gathering area and features a sectional sofa and two armchairs. This area has floor-to-ceiling fixed windows offering fantastic views of the Emerald Coast. There's also an smart TV and a surround sound system for entertainment in the living area. The dining area is just across from living area and features a glass top dining table with a unique natural wood base that can only be fully appreciated in person. The dining table seats ten comfortably. It sits next to the floor-to-ceiling glass that has the sliding glass doors, which grant access to the spacious balcony with comfortable stylish seating. The gourmet kitchen offers granite counter tops, stainless-steel appliances, a large pantry, and all the cookware and dinnerware you need to prepare meals if you decide to dine in.

SECOND FLOOR
Take the travertine stairs up to the second level and you will find the master suite, two guest bedrooms, the guest bathroom, as well as the washer and dryer. The master suite stretches all the way across the beach facing portion of the upstairs.
