This prime location, mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. Shoppers can peruse the famous Silver Sands outlets for bargains less than one mile away or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin, less than three miles away. Dining options abound, and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, three and a half miles away. Enjoy a unique movie-going experience at New Vision Theatres Boulevard 10, three miles away.
This beach abode has an updated kitchen with ceramic tile, a built-in wine rack, upgraded lighting, and a beveled mirror wall. Beach House 401A features beautiful ceramic tile, wood vinyl flooring in the bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer to keep your clothes and suit suits nice and clean. The bathrooms have upgraded vanities and fixtures, and the main bathroom features a walk-in shower. With three TVs, three DVDs, two VCRs, and a CD stereo system, you will find all the comforts of home!
You'll receive a beach setup and bike rentals with stays from March through October. You also have a choice of one free hour on either a kayak or paddleboard with each reservation. And if that's not appealing enough, you will be granted access to a sparkling shared outdoor pool, perfect for a refreshing dip.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
