Everything was great. Staff amazing. Any questions you will get answered. Room nice and clean. Everything what you need for your needs always we have it. Thank you so much. More important hotel have Bible book every single room.And will recommend my friend and family make it reservations in this hotel. Also next our vacation we already know where we will stay. Room had a musty smell. No door for toilet. Basically open from the bedroom. Staff is not pleasant. Stingy about towels. Wont stay here again.

Our only complaint was for the bathroom shower that was something to desire. It’s cracked and had fungus growing on cracks. Shower Door didnt close well. Television signal was horrible the whole time we were there. The price was too expensive for it.

Unclean rooms

You get what you pay for with this hotel. Great location but very unclean room. Stains were on the curtains/chairs and the shower/bathroom needed cleaning. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this hotel.

PASS THIS PLACE UP IF YOU NEED REST. You will be forced to “jiggle” the room card key for 10-15 mins before it will open and they don’t warn you or anything. They have you walk r drive around the property checking every door just back to the desk and get told that. Not even showing what she is talking about. You have to figure it out. Inconvenience. Rude when asked questions. Not knowledgeable about the programs they offer. Noise isn’t the word. You can hear whispers in hallway from other guests. All hours of night. Bathroom so small your knees touch the stand up shower doors. Rude when asking for extra towels because they had 2 in the room with 3 quests. Make that make sense. Terrible stay. Shouldn’t be worth that much at all

Will not be back!

The room was horrible! The smell of pure mildew when you walked in the room! Was getting ready to go out for the day and the hair dryer did not work! I am not a complainer but I will never stay there again! And then at checkout I was told I couldn’t checkout because I had a balance when I prepaid for my room and did not use the phone or anything for extra charges!
