Boasting five bedrooms and 5.5 baths, this haven is a tranquil escape, mere steps away from the pristine beach with its inviting quartz sand and captivating emerald green waters.

Immerse yourself in the charm of the Open Kitchen Design, a culinary haven for chefs and food enthusiasts. It's more than just a kitchen; it's the soul of your coastal retreat, beckoning chefs and conversationalists alike. As you unwind in the backyard, dip into the refreshing Splash Pool—a secluded haven under the open sky, perfect for cooling off or soaking up the Florida sun. Your Beach Blues experience is more than just a stay; it's an invitation to savor coastal bliss.

Should you choose not to opt for the damage waiver, we must hold a security deposit of $1,000. This deposit will be refundable, with a 3% processing fee deducted.

Great location

Listing is very accurate. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach but golf cart is very handy for hauling gear and people who don’t want to walk. Many options for restaurants nearby. 10 minutes from Walmart for groceries and supplies. We had 2 families (kids 5 & 7, 4 teenagers, 2 young adults) and a set of grandparents, everyone had a great time. Pool is very small but is still a great place to relax after a day at the beach.

Awesome stay

We had to contact maintenance for a small issue when we arrived. They were so polite and there within a few minutes to help us out. The house is beautiful and the perfect location to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Plenty of Space & Stuff near by

The house was very spacious for a large group. People who didn't have kids were able to put them on Floor 1 and people with kids on Floor 3. This made it easy for those who are used to sleeping in to do so. Access to a Golf cart made it very easy to go to the beach with little ones. I must mention the beach is within walking distance. When we had questions Destin Luxury Beach Rental was very pleasant and able to answer any questions we had. They also leave very detailed information to help make the stay as easy as possible.

Fantastic property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect access to the beach and plenty of places to eat. The amenities of the golf cart and backyard pool made this the perfect stay in this lovely, spacious home.

We really enjoyed staying here for a bachelor party. Within driving distance of a lot of bars, restaraunts, and attractions. House was very clean with super nice backyard and plenty of room to sleep our 13 people.

When we arrived at the house, we were extremely pleased. The property was great, beautiful, clean and plenty of space . The location was just a minute or so golf cart ride to the beach. That golf cart was sooooo helpful!! Location also close to great food!! Overall our experience was amazing

Family Vacation

Good location, block from beach. Nice little private pool. Close neighbors who were loud sometimes. 5 nite stay with no internet the last half (due to storm and lack of response to fix). Golf cart needed air in tire that was never addressed. Staff was very friendly and helpful (where they could be). Management was very accommodating due to some of the issues we experienced.

Family Vacation

The house was beautiful - just as pictured. It was perfect for our large family. We had to contact the property manager regarding a few things but they were quick to respond - no major issues or problems. Parking is limited for a house that holds as many adults as this one (3 vehicles) and when we inquired about overflow parking, there was none. We would certainly stay here again.

Clean ,multi-family friendly, great location!

This was our first visit to Florida, and it did not disappoint! The location is great, away from The busy part of Destin and walking distance to the most beautiful beach. The house is amazing and pretty much supplied all that was needed for kitchen except groceries, which definitely saved time and no last minute trips to store for necessities we forgot to bring. I can’t speak much about host or management, because honestly we had no need to communicate ,there were no issues with home or stay. And all info needed for golf cart and stay we communicated promptly and we were able To check in early . Thank you for being such a great place for our family to make memories.We will definitely be back!

Bluest Water Ever!

I've been going to the coast all my life, and this year may have been the bluest water that I ever remember seeing! House is beautiful, plenty of room, very tasteful design and furnishings and in my opinion 5-star accommodations and amenities! Loved having a golf cart, made it very convenient, and saved money not having to rent a golf cart. We're already thinking about next year! Thank you!

Awesome new built place!!!

Me and my family enjoyed our stayed! So happy we went with this house, the price was good and it seemed like it was just built. It came with a golf cart which we enjoyed! Loved everything about the house no complaints. We were actually worried to get sand inside the house or get it dirty of how new and clean the place was. Would definitely come back.

Great property!

The property and house was great. The location was perfect and just the perfect amount of space for the 9 of us. The golf cart was a huge bonus and the walk to the beach was truly only 5-7 minutes. We will definitely look at staying here again!

Family fun vacation

Great stay for our family. We truly enjoyed the heated pool and golf cart. The only concern I had was the living room furniture and throw pillows looks very worn and dirty. The floor rugs are also very dirty. We placed clean sheets over the furniture and the long bench at the dinner table.

Blue surf 5 stars

Me and my family stayed at blue surf residence and we absolutely loved it. It was spacious and close to many amenities. We had some family that never been to Florida before so it was important we were in a safe/fun environment and this stay did not disappoint. The only hiccup we had was we did not have the gold cart 3 out of the 5 days of our stay but we were still close to the beach access and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are planning on making this an annual trip and considering this property again. We also had a surprise engagement while we were here so it was beautiful and recommend this host!

Location was good

We travel to Destin often for the beaches. This was super close to the beach. The golf cart was a nice add to the property. Enjoyed the evening rides. That being said. This is definitely a rental property. The beds were very uncomfortable. The sheets were stained. The couch was very dirty feeling. The pillows had stains all over them. The cleaning price for the unit was not worth what was paid that was for sure. We had some problems. The manager did address them in a timely manner. But as a whole we did not care for the management company. So we would never stay here again with that how we were treated in that aspect. But the house had a good location to the beach.

WONDERFUL

We had 15 people and everyone was very comfortable! The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes especially during our Thanksgiving break. It was exactly what was advertised and close to all the fun! And the golf cart and heated pool topped it all off.

Perfect accommodations
