Great condo close to the beach. Everything inside is updated, clean, and functional. You can easily walk to the beach, and inside is more than comfortable enough to take a break from the beach and chill inside!

1 week getaway

We enjoyed our stay and everything was as described. The building was great and had useful luggage carts available which was helpful as we were there for a week. The condo itself, was clean and had all the starter amenities you could ask for. There is a ton of light and it feels spacious and high end. The deck was also lovely and had plenty of seating. We would love to stay again if we are ever back in the area. Stay here, book the condo. You won’t regret it!

Perfect weekend away

If the weather would have cooperated, it would have been perfect! Even though we couldn’t enjoy the beach or pool during the stay (thanks to Mother Nature), we managed to see a beach sunset on night 1 and a picturesque sunrise on the last morning. The unit was at the end of the hall which made it really quiet and somewhat secluded. The unit was clean and decorated nicely and had everything we needed. Thanks for a great weekend at the beach!!

Nice property and location.

This condo is nice, and was very clean. It had everything we looked for in a place to stay. We also enjoyed the balcony quite a bit. There was plenty of parking available in the parking garage during our stay. The pool is nice and clean, and we did spend some time there everyday during our stay. We enjoyed staying here and would recommend it to everyone. It is a short walk to the beach access point and the beach was busy during our stay.

Great Spot!

The room was great! The balcony was very enjoyable. We had coffee in the morning and dinner at night while we enjoyed the sunset and cool ocean breezes. Beach and pool were also fun.

A nice location.

We would have given a higher rating except for the following. 1) The access code was changed 4 times including the first night. 2) the fridge was very noisy, woke us up a couple of times. (Reported to management.) 3) There was a dead Gecko in the oven. 4) We found a couple of cockroaches in the living room area. If not for these things it would rate 4.8 easily.

Room was exactly what we thought we were paying for, great value and lots to do in the surrounding area. More information on the tram next to the other information and wrist bands provided would be a nice little addition to the customer service. Overall we recommend and would come back again.

Great location, very clean

Took a summer vacation with my best friend and our two daughters. The unit was very clean looked exactly like the pictures. The view was great. Short walk to the beach, close drive to outlet mall, restaurants on the beach. We drove to the gulf aquarium one day that was a lot of fun, was able to feed and pet dolphins. I highly recommend this place. This is my second time staying at the Luau. The pool is clean and fun for adults and kids!

Clean, updated property in great location

Pros: Very clean and updated unit. Pool area is nice. Great location in a safe and gated community! Just a few steps to the beach. Had issues with door code as read on other reviews.. however, texted property manager and new code was programmed within minutes! Cons: Advertised for four people. Couch bed is nothing but springs. Bring an air mattress! One extra role of toilet paper and one extra garbage bag for the entire week. We had to purchase more. Garbage has to be removed and dishwasher filled/started upon departure. Don’t like cleaning on vacation!! Provided one very old and mostly broken umbrella. Two chairs provided were decent.

A Walk on the Beach

We were very pleased with the unit. The condo was everything we expected. Very beautiful, every detail was well planned from the living room, kitchen, bedroom to the bath. The dining room was beautiful. Our favorite feature was the gigantic wrap around balcony with awesome chairs and rockers. Great for morning coffee or evening glass of wine. No expense was spared as all the furniture had a feel of luxury. Bring your own basket coffee filters and grounds (we were told in advance). Word of caution: 4 pm is the absolute earliest you'll get to check-in. We arrived early and waited two hours in the lobby until we were able to get the tram driver to go a little out of the way to run us to My Vacation Haven. A grocery was within walking distance from there to get food for our stay. Kudos to the tram management (Julie) for making our 1st day as good one!

Spring Break Getaway

It was very clean and updated, the pictures are very accurate. The proximity to the beach was awesome. We found everything we needed in the property. We enjoyed the pool as well and used the shuttle service to get around. It was nice. The door code didn't work when we arrived and we had to get that taken care of at least twice during our stay. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and we would go back.
