This extremely well-equipped retreat offers comfortable decor with breathtaking Gulf views from the private fourth-floor balcony. The living area has new furnishings with a large TV and both a queen and twin sleepers. The dining area seats six. The renovated kitchen has dark cabinets with granite countertops and is fully equipped making it easy to prepare a favorite beach meal. The main bedroom has beach-inspired decor with a king bed and private bath. The new slate tile flooring in the living area and carpet in the bedroom add to the fresh new look of this condo. With a washer/dryer and a second full bath in the condo, this condo is perfectly suited for up to five people. With so much to enjoy right here, you will be sure to love your next beach vacation at the Beach House! You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st.

This prime location mere steps away from the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico is ideal for beachgoers and families alike. The sunny Miramar Beach is a family-friendly and fun-filled resort town and offers visitors the best of Florida: Sand, surf, sightseeing, and endless dining options. We weren't able to stay, the air conditioner broke for this condo before we we even got there. We got a call from vacasa an hour before we arrived and they were trying to find us another condo and they did but it wasn't as nice as the one we had rented. They told me it was ocean front, wow looking at a 40 foot sand dune and not see the ocean was not ocean front. Very disappointed

Great location and clean property
It’s a great beachfront location. Booking was easy as was check in and check out. Only minor issue was the washer in the unit didn’t function properly. Vacasa made it right - it would’ve been a 5 star review if not was the washing machine.

Next to the beach
To be able to sit on the patio and watch waives crash on the beach or families at night with their flashlights look for crabs is priceless. Perfect proximity to many of the shops and restaurants.

The property was nice, I was under the impression that it was a ground level property from the listing. The check in time of 4pm is less than Ideal and trying to check in early proved to be a waste of my time.

Great view of beach
The view of the beach/ocean was top-notch! It is truly the best part of this condo. You can sip your coffee and see everything from your private balcony. The beach service is a great perk too. Beach House D401 was quite a gem. The condo had everything we needed. We'll definitely consider returning.

Great location and nice condo with beautiful beach views. We loved our stay in spite of a few issues - tub in 2nd bath had no stopper for the drain, tv in bedroom was non-functional, and there was a lot of construction noise from the condo renovation in the unit directly below ours (sometimes earlier in the morning than we would have liked). Despite these issues we loved our stay and had a great time here.

My wife and I enjoyed our visit to this property. Great location with direct beach access and close to restaurants. Also close to Hwy. 98 for access to/from. The condo facility was a little older and more worn than seemed indicated from the photos but no big disappointment here. We would return.

Upon arrival, we checked out the condo like anyone would. The second bedroom door was locked with a key. We didn't need the second bedroom, as we were on our honeymoon. I wondered if we were not a couple, where would the second person sleep? Couch? I feel like it's something they should have asked or confirmed. The TV in the master bedroom would turn itself on and we had to unplug in order to keep it off. The DVD player in the living room did not work. It would turn on, but would not open for us to use the "free DVD rental" we received. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud as well. The beach (chair, umbrella, and kayak) service was very nice to work with. The security guard was helpful when we were looking for the DVD rental machine and he always seemed to be paying attention. Overall, a good, convenient place to stay, but needs some attention.

Just what we needed!
Great location, right on the beach. Easy access to food, shopping, etc. Pool was nice and the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were an added bonus! Parking was ample and security was good. We will definitely be back!

Thank goodness for good weather
Our overall stay was beautiful weather, good food and fantastic Significant other. However accommodation was not offered knowingly there was an issue The king size mattress is two old very thin twin mattresses pushed together with a matted mattress cover that brings them together for a terrible nights sleep with hip pain and backache to greet you Every Morning with the ocean front property was a disappointment !! WE also were asked to babysit a leak in the master bedroom shower with extra towels every time we showered this ran to the carpet in the bedroom that they asked us to keep up with extra towels Premium Price for a Holiday week vacation should not include a shower that leaks and a worn out mattress and box spring that came in over on the Mayflower. Premium price for no accommodation says what it says they are not interested in Your time of the stay but your money instead.
