Great view from the balcony
The view is beautiful, it's a quick walk to the beach and I loved the free courtesy umbrella rental plus discounts on leasure activities.
The condo is close to the elevator so you can hear people talking loud while waiting for the elevator. I dropped an earring under the bed and noticed it was very filthy. The bed sheets were stained and the lint holder was clogged with old lint build up (I cleaned it).
The owners do respond quickly when msg'd.
The price for the rental property is reasonable.

Majestic Sun Condo
Unfortunately there were several things that made the unit less than expected. The TVs were wired very poorly, almost looked unsafe. TV in the living room we had to fix ourselves. The master bed room had very cheap bedding, old mattress, and super flat/old pillows. Master bathroom was extremely small. Balcony was filthy.
