The Maravilla community is undergoing upgrades, including fresh exterior paint and balcony and walkway resurfacing, through May 17, 2025. We're excited to share that our unit has already been updated with a new balcony and paint! (The exterior building walkways will be resurfaced in early May, which is why our calendar is blocked during this period.)

Please note there may still be some construction noise near other buildings in the community, primarily through March 9, 2025. To account for any inconvenience, we’ve adjusted our pricing to offer discounted rates.

What to bring:
• The condo is equipped with a few basic supplies but guests should bring their own coffee (for the unit's Keurig), shampoo, etc. and additional supplies for longer stays (including extra toilet paper, extra paper towels, extra trash bags, extra dishwashing soap, extra soap).
• A washer/dryer is available with guests bringing laundry soap.
• There are nearby grocery stores within two miles of the condo.
• Glass bottles not allowed on beach or pool deck so consider bringing canned beverages, plastic bottled water, and perhaps a cooler.
• Bring beach towels, suntan lotion, hats, towels, etc. and items like toys, music, binoculars, flashlights for beach activities.
