Our room was extremely nice and roomy. Staff was courteous. Continental breakfast offered a great variety of options. Everything was clean and appealing.

I stayed one night and left. It was absolutely disgusting. The smell of dog piss and dog feces was appalling. Hyatt never gives you any discounts so I didn’t even bother but I promise I’ll never book with them again and it was complete robbery that I had to pay for my room and they ruin my vacation.

Impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel especially my room. Very quiet and I was able to get a good night's sleep which was desperately needed. Wonderful breakfast spread. Highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the heartbeat.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. Staff were great, helpful, smiling and available. Beds were ok, sheets kind of not soft. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, lots of choices. I wish there was a microwave available, food was not hot, but warm-ish. I would've given a 5 if the "smoking" area wasn't right by the front door. Walking through cigarette smoke after you shower and get ready for the day is not favorable. Great staff for sure.

Overall the location and condition of property was great. Paul at the front desk registration was courteous and helpful. The mattress was aged and uncomfortable for someone with back issues as myself. The room was clean, but the carpet and wall corners had dust and cobwebs which is not good for me as I have breathing issues. I would stay here again when I’m the area.

I did not like the internet connection(not a secure connection). The TV had a few network/connection issues on the 1st night. Housekeeping was every 3 days but only a light cleaning verses a thorough bathroom cleaning. I liked that the staff was polite and the area was very nice and close to shopping and restaurants.

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is great! Close enough to the Beach and shopping but so close that business consumes you. Safe with good lightening throughout the parking lot. Welcoming Hyatt team members and a great breakfast bar.
