Down the hall is the well-equipped kitchen, featuring all the utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals while on vacation. New additions include an air fryer, griddle for those big breakfasts, and dual-function Keurig coffee maker. A full-size washer/dryer is tucked away in the kitchen pantry, allowing you and your guests to pack lightly to leave plenty of space for souvenirs. At the day's end, head to one of the comfortable bedrooms with nightstands conveniently equipped with USB chargers for mobile devices. Free high-speed internet rounds out your home's essentials and is great for remote work, distance learning, and streaming.
You and your guests will enjoy residing within a gated community with 24-hour security on-site, as well as access to resort amenities, including a shared pool and hot tub, grilling area (gas and charcoal grills), fitness room, tennis courts (and covered parking under them), pickleball courts, and easy, private beach access. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
