The open-concept living area is furnished comfortably in soothing neutrals and is centered around a large flat-screen TV. It's perfect for family and friends to relax and enjoy each other's company after a fun-filled day at the beach. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The living area has splendid beach views through floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door, which leads to the beachfront balcony. The dining area has seating for six at the table and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized appliances, and it comes stocked with all the cookware and dishware you would need to prepare your family’s favorite meals.

The master bedroom has a king bed and private access to the beachfront balcony. The full master bathroom adjoins the bedroom and includes a double vanity and tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has two full beds and is just steps away from the guest bathroom, which has a tub/shower combination.

The HOA has notified us that they will be making seasonal repairs and updates to the Edgewater building. The project will begin in November 2023 and continue through Late Spring 2024.
