This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom vacation rental features beachy hues and touches of coastal décor. The living area features ample seating room and a flat screen.

When it’s time to wind down, this beachfront vacation rental has plenty of room for you and your guests to enjoy a great night’s sleep. The master bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom, which has a walk-in shower and double vanity. The master bedroom also has balcony access, so you can wake up basking in the Florida sunshine and warm ocean air. The second bedroom also has a king bedroom and private bathroom. The sofa in the living room folds out into a bed.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was clean and we had ample room to have privacy and enjoy shared spaces too. The views are fabulous from everywhere! The balcony is nice too. The entire grounds and property seem very safe and are maintained well. The golf cart was a nice bonus too. We would return here and definitely recommend!

Nice place
Location was wonderful and once you figure out codes to gate and entryway, it was easy. Place was clean and looked like pictures. Golf cart did not match photo, had paint missing from sides, however it ran fine. Master bed mattress was not comfortable at all, and sleeping on sofa bed was worse alternative. E-mailing owners or management went without response (2 days) however when I called management, they answered and were nice. (I was just letting them know there was no cover to be found for golf cart and it didn’t match photo, not a complaint, but didn’t want to be responsible for the cover). Everything else was fine.

There are things that really need updated in this property like the bedding in both bedrooms and the Coachbed!!! Horrible 4 nights of sleep!! My son had to take the coachbed poor thing!!! The inside of the toilet tank is full of mold please clean that up !!! My husband found that out when the tolit keep running and he raised the top to fix it from running!! The refrigerator is horrible every time you get ice or water out of the door water and ice went everywhere and you had to clean up the floor behind it!!! The location was the only thing good about this place!

This was a great space and location for our family of 5. The included golf cart was great for exploring the area! The only negatives would be that some of the towel and tp holders were coming out of the wall, some of the cupboard door hinges were broken and it wasn’t cleaned very well. Did it ruin our trip? Absolutely not! We will be back and would be happy to stay here again!

Excellent Condo and Location
We had a wonderful and comfortable stay in this condo. Location is excellent and very convenient. View is great. Golf cart is great to have to get around resort and to go across the highway through the tunnel to get to Baytown area. Loved the check-in and out! You are sent the code for the door lock and the code for the gate locks. You go straight to condo and use the codes to get in. To check-out- you leave by 10. So easy and convenient! The only recommendation I have is for the mattress in the master bedroom to be replaced. It is getting to the point of needing to be changed out. The mattress in the second bedroom was comfortable and in better shape. Will definitely rent this unit again!

Great heated pool and two kings with beautiful viewss
We loved this property and would absolutely stay here again. The Gulf water was still a little cold for swimming but we got to enjoy the beach and spent lots of time at that amazing pool. The tiki bar kept us in poolside frosty drinks and snacks for the kids. Golf cart and shuttle made everything on the expansive Sandestin property accessible without driving. It was so fun!

All expectations were met. Plus More! The condo was clean and provided for a wonderful four night stay. The condo was stocked with all your BASIC needs. Going from the room, beach and pool could not have been easier. The best part was the golf cart. Let me just say Convenience is key and the golf cart sums that up. Especially, when commuting between the condo and Baytown it makes life so much easier, with parking and even taking the whole family back and forth. Also, much praise to the rental management co. They were great with communicating. They were coming to replace the microwave and gave us ample amount of time before doing so. Also, the golf cart had a small issue with the switch, quickly came to the rescue and had it fixed by the end of the day. They saved the day!

We have stayed at WestWinds for years on vacation. The building and overall cleanliness has improved a lot in recent years. This unit was nice, updated, and clean. The only issues were the beds are extremely uncomfortable. There were no covers for the pull out couch, only thin sheets, so it wasn’t an option to use an extra bed.

We had a nice time. We had a couple plumbing issues which really put a damper on the trip. The master bed wasn’t that great so sleeping was also a challenge. Screen doors were broken. The beach and golf cart were awesome. It’s chilly late March early April.

There is nothing more soothing than letting the sound of ocean waves lull you to sleep. Beautiful, well maintained property. Landscaping was gorgeous - a fabulous experience! We cannot wait to return.

Great for the family
Our family of 4(kids are 8 and 12)had an amazing stay at Westwinds. The resort or beach was never overly crowded and everyone was always helpful. The town of Sandestin is very nice and definitely an area you need to come and enjoy. There are many other condos in the area but Westwinds is where will be on our next trip. The golf cart is also a nice addition that added some additional enjoyment to our stay. Make sure you find the tunnel and check out the Wharf and area shops north of 98.
