The stylish main bedroom has a plush king-size bed, plenty of storage plus a television, and a DVD player. The guest bedroom has two comfortable double beds, a TV, a DVD player, and a Nintendo Wii game system for the kids. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort. The sofa in the main room converts to a queen bed. There is a private washer/dryer on site for your convenience. The large balcony has a chaise lounge and table and four chairs to enjoy the perfect views of the beach and gulf. Come enjoy the Emerald Coast in the Beach House 401B. You'll receive a beach set up as well as bike rentals onsite with stays from March 1st - October 31st.

Shoppers can peruse the popular Silver Sands outlets for bargains (less than one mile away) or the Grand Boulevard at Sandestin (less than three miles away). Dining options abound and there is something for everyone. If golf is your thing, make sure to pack your clubs and hit the links at the Emerald Bay Golf Club, which is three and a half miles away. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
