WHAT’S NEARBY
The beach is just two blocks and a short crossing of Scenic Gulf Drive away. Don't forget to stop at Pompano Joe's (four and a half miles away) for some coconut shrimp! Beyond the beach, you can take in 18 holes at the award-winning Raven Golf Club, just over two miles away. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) barely over eight miles from the condo. Gator Beach, less than eight miles from the condo, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals, including a rare albino alligator.

Microwave did not work , tv cable did not work in the Living room , closet doors were crap , closet lighting did not work in master bedroom , could not lock master bedroom door , or the sliding glass door in bedrooom ,the Queen bedroom was not clean when we arrived , ice maker did not work the entire time , we had to buy ice

Just don’t. Spare yourself and your family.
Let’s start by saying I had to erase my review because I ran out of characters the first time due to the amount of disappointment and problems we ran into. 🙃 first, they tried to cancel our reservation with no refund and saying it was our fault. Three beds are broke or not safe for use. They only “fixed” one of them, & on day 2. The beds weren’t even made even though we were eligible for “early checkin”. Finally found the blankets on night 2. Even after trying to ask for assistance. Nobody would ever answer the office phones. Some fridge shelves are cracked. The walls are disgusting. The floors were sticky. Cigarette butts everywhere. Cracked window. Couldnt use the master room balcony access because the rod was falling off. They tied the curtains together instead of fixing it to cover it up. We never did find the pool. I asked a person at the beach and they even said good luck they couldn’t find it either. Good luck finding a spot on the beach they advertise. Sure it’s close, but it’s for the other resorts and the public area is super small. The beach stuff in their closet? Highly don’t suggest. All moldy or broken and smells like cat pee in the closet it’s stored in. And the trash bins? never found em. We ended up having to leave the trash bags at the door which we’ll probably be charged for. Figures. If you want to watch cable, good luck! For as much as it was, you’d think it would be a LOT nicer than this. Went to Maui for less than this property for longer. Don’t do it!

Family trip 2023
Our reservation was for 6 adults and 2 children. There were only 6 forks and no plastic glasses. The frying pans were all warped and missing non-stick surface. We had to purchase silverware, glasses and frying pans. The light globe at the top of the stairs was missing. The ice maker did not work, and the freezer quit freezing water after 6 days. The towel rods in the bathrooms were mostly nonexistent. The sliding glass door going into the bedroom was extremely difficult to open. The lamp in the master bedroom needs to be repaired. There was a broken lamp in a bedroom closet. There was a broken piece of artwork in a bedroom closet. The dryer lint trap could not be installed correctly due to so much lint buildup, we cleaned out the excess lint. The location of the property was great in relationship to the pool and being able to walk to the beach since golf cart rental is not allowed.

Over all great experience
The property is located inside the resort Sand Destin, which has gate guards. It was very safe & a beautiful property. There were no clear directions to the beach access (it’s not walkable) and to the pool (that is walkable). The listing did include a golf cart that was unfortunately no where to be found during our stay, major let down. The house was stocked with kitchen necessities + extra trash bags. Lots of pillows & blankets! The property manager is very responsive with any issues. Conveniently located to the Baytown Warfe (fun place!). We had a great time!

Relaxing in Tivoli
Booking the condo was easy. Property management answered questions and returned emails promptly. The condo was ready and clean at check in time. It was very close to the beach and within golf cart and bike distance to the other Sandestin amenities. The pet-friendly option was a plus. We enjoyed our stay very much.
