Enjoy the beach life at this coastal escape located in the Luau Condos at Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort in beautiful Miramar Beach! Your inviting condo is an end unit with gorgeous views from the main bedroom, dining room, and living room. Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, relax out on the spacious wraparound balcony boasting more displays of the water, or head downstairs to enjoy a variety of resort amenities! Swim in the large saltwater pool, soak in the hot tub, or fire up one of the community grills and have a cookout as the sun goes down. You can even dine at the on-site restaurant or grab a drink at the poolside Tiki bar to really indulge on this vacation!
This condo is part of the Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort, which has fantastic amenities such as a pool, a hot tub, beach access, and four designer golf courses! Take a walk down to the nearby beach with its sugar-white sands and warm waters, or make a reservation to hike the 200 acres of the unique Coffeen Nature Preserve a little over a mile east. Be sure to visit the Village of Baytowne Wharf, only two miles north, offering fine dining, shopping, and regular special events and festivals right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Plus, Silver Sands Premium Outlets is a short drive away if you need to update the wardrobe while away!

BUILDING CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: FROM 10/30/24 - 2/1/25, TOWER 2 WILL BE UNDERGOING BALCONY RESTORATION. TOWER 1 RESTORATION IS PROJECTED FROM 2/1/25 - 5/1/25. DURING THIS TIME THERE WILL BE HEAVY EQUIPMENT ON SITE, CONSTRUCTION NOISE, BALCONIES COULD BE INACCESSIBLE, AND WINDOWS COULD BE BLOCKED. PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE FURTHER QUESTIONS. COMPLETION DATES MAY CHANGE DUE TO WEATHER AND OTHER UNEXPECTED DELAYS.
A tram pass is included in your reservation. The tram runs daily from 10 am to 10 pm and makes several stops around the resort. There is an app that can be downloaded to track the tram as well.
Your property does not allow motorcycles, rental golf carts, boats, trailers, or over-sized vehicles/buses.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
