"Simply stunning" describes this lovely second floor, 4BR-4BA Tivoli by the Sea villa with golf course views! The villa is located steps away from the Tivoli swimming pool at the Resort. With the largest four bedroom floor plan in the resort, there is an abundance of space for the whole family! This is truly the ideal family vacation home. Whether you favor the beach, the swimming pool, the golf course, fishing, watersports or shopping, our location offers convenience to it all. A short spin on the golf cart will take you directly to the sandy white beach. The sparkling blue Tivoli swimming pool is a few steps away, and you will be surrounded by the a championship 18-hole golf course. Head on over to the Baytowne Wharf for boutique shopping or dinner at one of the Resort's premier restaurants.

Our recently renovated second floor villa is tastefully appointed in stylish coastal furnishings and finishes. With soaring ceilings, the family room has plenty of cushy seating for everyone to enjoy a movie. The gourmet kitchen is complete with granite countertops, stainless appliances, and all the dinnerware and cookware you will need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. An adjoining dining area offers seating for eight, and there is additional bar seating for three. Step onto the screened balcony through french doors and take in a beautiful golf course view. There is plenty of outdoor seating for entertaining the whole group.

Our master bedroom suite features a king bed with luxurious linens, access to the outside screened balcony, generous closet space, and an adjoining master bathroom. With custom stonework, the master bath offers an oversize shower and double vanity. A second guest bedroom suite offers a king size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. A third guest bedroom suite features a queen size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. A staircase leads from the entrance area to an upstairs loft (fourth guest bedroom) which provides a queen bed, and a full bathroom with a shower. For your convenience, there is an HDTV in every bedroom, and the laundry room offers a full size washer and dryer. Wifi is complimentary. There is no elevator for the building.

The swimming pool at Tivoli by the Sea is heated seasonally, and located about 30 yards away. The tram stop picks up passengers near the swimming pool. This villa is convenient to both the swimming pool and the tram stop. Check-in is simple….just park in front of your villa, unlock the front door, and enjoy your vacation! The condo was beautiful and spacious. The screened in porch was my favorite as I enjoyed sitting outside without worrying about insects. We have used at least 5 different condos here and will be returning to this one.

We had a couple of issues come up during our stay, but the property manager was quick to fix them. The property itself is very nice. The golf cart works great, however because it is kept outside and exposed to the weather, all of the seatbelts were virtually unusable due to rust.

A beautiful and spacious condo for our family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals during our stay. Having the golf cart was so helpful getting around the resort and to nearby shopping. I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time on our recent visit to Sandestin and our stay in this home on Tivoli. The folks at Beach Blue are always wonderful to work with and everything was perfect.

Amazing time!!
Loved this place start to finish!! We were so sad to leave, it was truly a perfect place to call home during our vacation. Check in couldn’t have been more seamless, easily obtained parking permit, headed straight to unit with door code in hand. This was especially crucial as it was a long car ride!! We had previously stayed in another property within the same parking lot, so we were familiar with the location which is unbeatable. Across street from the heated pool with depth up to 6 feet, we swam daily. It was a 5 minute golf cart ride to the white sugar sands of Sandestin beach!!! Everyone in our party gasped at how gorgeous the main living area was, the lighting schemes were a favorite to figure out and change throughout the day and evening. Everything was white and modern, but so comfortable with a great couch. We had ample space for a very large grocery haul and all necessary appliances (blender was great). The only thing I wished we had brought was a plastic pitcher for lemonade or iced tea. The master bedroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate. All other bedrooms had their own bathrooms, upstairs is not walled in but an open loft. My kids slept up there with no complaints. The golf cart was in perfect shape and easy and fun to maneuver. Easy ride to Baytowne Wharf shops and restaurants, Publix, of course the beach! I highly recommend this unit, we will be back!

This condo was beautiful and the pictures didn't do it justice. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the location was wonderful! I only have a few critiques, but they were quickly handled by Eric the Maintenance Supervisor. One of the screens on the outside deck was torn when we got there and the bathtub in the bedroom behind the kitchen had a slow drain. Eric handled both issues promptly. Also the freezer wasn't freezing and making ice and he took care of that too. He was great! But other than those things, the condo was amazing and we definitely plan to stay there again!

GREAT LOCATION
Great location to beach. Had a few issues with golf cart not charging due to tripping breakers. Maintenance was quick to fix problem and get us going. Everything was clean and perfect. The only think I suggest is to have maybe a few beach things, such as chairs and umbrellas. We have been coming for the last 6 years and every location has had beach stuff accept this house. Will definitely stay in Sandestin. Beach Blue properties was very helpful and staff was amazing and nice.

Exactly as advertised!
The property was exactly as advertised, very clean and very easy for our group of 6 adults. We did not use the 4th bedroom. It is a loft and exposed to main living area by a half wall. Which is fine for kids, but not the most private. Parking was easy and pool access was close and easy. The screened porch overlooking the golf course was so nice in the mornings. Very good at responding to my inquiries. Highly recommend.

Beautiful property
My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was spotless and very comfortable for our group. Check in could not have been easier and we had no problems or issues during our stay. It was decorated very tastefully, the screened in patio was very nice this time of year, and the golf cart worked great. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals during our stay. The beds were comfortable but the bed in the master bedroom did creak very loudly anytime I rolled over at night, which was very annoying. There were extra pillows provided, which we wanted to use, but no extra pillowcases provided. And since it was November during our stay, the nights were cooler and it would have been nice to have an extra blanked provided for each bed, but there were none. Each bed had only a sheet and thin quilt, which is fine during the warmer months, but a blanket would have been appreciated. Overall we had a very nice stay and would definitely stay here again.
