Our stay was great the room is a perfect size. There could have been more paper towels and toliet paper for a 7 day stay for a family of 4.

Excellent small condo
We really enjoyed our stay! The condo is small, but clean and comfortable. The beds were comfy, too. The kitchen has enough items for cooking your meals at the condo, but you will need to bring your own salt/pepper, olive oil, coffee filters, etc. There were only two dishwasher detergent pods provided for a week long stay - so you may want to bring more of those as well. The location is perfect, right across from the Pompano Joes beach access, so you don’t have to battle for beach parking. Great view of the gulf from the balcony. Would definitely stay again.

Close to the beach!
This property was very convenient if you want to spend time at the beach or on the patio looking at the beach. It could have been cleaner and the listing was deceiving. I booked through VRBO and was charged a booking fee, then I was forwarded to a rental company. They proceeded to charge me a booking fee too. Overall the stay was very pricey so we stayed on the beach to get our money's worth. But it was a very spacey condo and perfect for a family. I did not like that we had to take out our own trash at the end of our stay as well.

Decent trip, no major complaints
Property was decent and in decent condition. Check in was easy and location was nice being across from the beach access. Beach access is one of the major ones in Miramar so it does get crowded fast. Only negative about the unit was that there was quite a bit of mold on the vents throughout the property (I noticed my allergies and sinuses were a bit worse throughout the stay) and the washer and dryer is not in the unit like it appears on the pictures (they are on the first floor and are pay to use). Overall it was a nice stay.

The property was directly across the scenic highway so we could see everything from the balcony. It was between the Wharf and the Harbor and we went to both. There was plenty of parking and everything was in good shape. And a block away from Pompeno Joe's..

Would not recommend this place.
Our experience was far from optimal. The place was old and things were about to break down. There was no functional shower. Only a bath tub with a faucet for water. The service was terrible. when we called about the shower not working we did not get any response. They just told us that we were probably not using the know correctly. They did not even send a maintenance person to help. (It was not even the weekend yet.) The door to the patio was jammed and the door knob was about to break. There was no real bedroom. Just an area with a bed. The entrance door was also very rusty. The pictures did not convey the actual condition of the place accurately. The couch was extremely worn out. Overall a very disappointing experience. Thankfully the proximity to the beach was great and the beach was excellent. Would not recommend this place.

The property was pretty clean when we arrived. When we arrived my thought were, I would stay here again if they would update the couch and chair in the living room. Those 2 things were noticeable dirty. It didn't ruin our stay by no means. We just put a clean sheet over them and moved on. Here's the frustrating part... we kept getting locked out of room due to no fault of our own. We came back from a day at the beach and our code didn't work. 5 of us age range from 60 - 5 years old standing outside our door in the heat while calling to find out they have changed the code. I should add there is no easy way to contact them. You call the number and sit on hold no matter what time of day it is. Reason being they gave us a temporary code to start with. 🤷‍♀️ Our last day of VACATION consisted of sitting in our room waiting on the matinance man to come and fix our locks because yet again they have changed our code with no warning. When it was changed this time, they messed it up so bad he had to come reprogram the lock. Mantinance gave us a code and told us to use that code the rest of the time we are there. Great it works right?! We leave to go enjoy our last few hours of vacation. I get a phone call saying they have changed our code yet again. Oh no hope it works. Again we go back to our room to make sure it works so we are not locked out AGAIN! It does work. We had 7 codes in one week. That's ridiculous! Nothing was offered to us for wasting our last day of vacation. After checking out with the mobile checkout. We are half way home and a lady calls to find out if we are still having issues with the keypad lock. No, I checked out hours ago. The communication between all of the staff is awful. With all that being said it would be hard to stay at the exact same place.

It was alright
Our condo was in a great location And convenient to everything! But it definitely had the bare minimums! Our nephew slept on the pull out couch and let’s just say it definitely needs to be replaced. The positives are that the kitchen was fully stocked and has everything you need and the view was great! The negatives are that you cannot get in touch with anyone through the rental company and they don’t have very many amenities! It was a decent stay for the price in that area.

We just loved our stay at Summerspell! Such a cute clean condo with beachy decor and ocean view from balcony. I love staying on the Emerald Coast, the ocean water is so clear and beautiful! The bed is so comfy I wanted to bring it home with me! My only suggestion is to get room darkening curtains in the bedroom for people who like to sleep in. High end outlet mall is just down the road on 98! Can't wait to go back, thank you so much Compass Resorts!
