Enjoy the great Gulf view from this 2nd level townhome! Master with Queen bed/bath and deck with best view of all. Guest has two twin beds and second bath on top floor. Middle level is living/dining area, another deck and fully equipped kitchen with full sized washer/dryer and half bath for those guests on the sleeper sofa. Choose to relax on the beach or by the pool outside your front door. Free cable and internet with a 2 space carport underneath. Across from the Gulf and Pompano Joe's Restaurant. Beside the Blue Surf and Summerbreeze condos.

What's a Cleaning/Property Prep Fee?:
The bulk of your fee goes towards the off-site professional laundering. For efficiency of time and to preserve the life of the washers/dryers, we do not launder in the property.

Property preparation starts prior to arrival. Cleaners separate and bag up sheets, duvets/blankets, and towels needed for each property off-site. Once a cleaner arrives, they start with removal of all prior linens, towels, and duvets/blankets. These are placed in a set of laundry bags, removed from the property, and prepped for the professional laundry service. Cleaners then move on to making the beds and placing the linens/terry/amenities.

Finally, they then move to what is traditionally thought of as cleaning: flat surfaces, appliances, bathrooms, floors, etc.

What is included in amenities?:
When we refer to "amenities" in this sense, we mean a starter items (gets you through first night then you need to shop): Shampoo, conditioner, body wash or soap, hand soap, paper towels (1 roll), toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom), dishwasher tab (1), laundry tab (1)

What is a Damage Waiver?
Most of the industry has moved towards damage waivers vs. refundable security deposits. This covers accidental (important) damages up to $1500 per reservation. If you do not see a damage waiver listed, that means that due to integration limitations, it has been added to the cleaning fee line item. Please contact us if you'd like to know how it is itemized.

Location, Location, Location

Two stories, two balconies, 2 1/2 bathrooms. Beautiful view of the Gulf Coast and Miramar Beach. Beach access is right across the beach road from the condo. Modern kitchen, washer and dryer. Property management made everything easy and were very responsive.

Repeat Vacationers to Costa Vista 14

We have stayed in this location for the past 2 years, and have loved it both times. Last year we had 5 adults, and this year 2 adults. It is very well maintained, up to date, and comfortable! There is plenty of room to spread out! We love the location and ease of walking to the beach and local restaurants/shops. You can drink coffee from the balcony and watch the ocean waves roll in! The owners provided great communication and we had absolutely no issues!

Great experience

The space is wonderful and just as advertised. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the ocean. The beds were a little to soft for my husband so he tried all of them before settling down on the couch. However, I do not feel like this would be a problem for most and the rest of the experience was wonderful.The management was very easy to work with and always available. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Back to the Beach

Very close to beach and gulf waters. Very short walking distance, just across highway to Pompano Joe's Seafood restaurant, handy for a nightcap and view of sunset. Twin beds very comfortable.

Just terrible

Well it was the worst place ever the company is trying to say we damaged there stuff,and we have proof saying other wise and is refusing to take blame and apology. We tried to bring it up nicely and first saying hey these things were bad during our stay please fix them and they try to put it back on us. There was dried blood on the sheets, broken deck furniture, a step on the stairs damaged with screw’s sitting on the step where someone could have stepped on them and got hurt hair from an unknown person in the bath tub and so on. It was just terrible!!

Perfect Location

This rental is directly across from the public beach access - literally! The condo faces the ocean and you can you watch sunset from one of the balconies. This rental was immaculately clean. The only recommendation I would have would be to bring additional cookware depending on your needs and plans.

Nice place.

Enjoyed our time. Chair on main floor balcony was broken and fan in guest room was loose as a goose and annoying but nothing insurmountable. Close to beach, beautiful weather and calm waters, no complaints!

The unit was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds/seating, and provided all needed amenities. You cannot beat the view of the gulf from the balconies. Would highly recommend!

Beach Haven

We loved the condo. We rented a golf cart for the week and our bikes, the truck and the cart all fit under the condo. We traveled with several other families and the kids spent most of the time at our place. The view was amazing! We saw dolphins often. There are several places you can easily walk to.

We liked this place, but it's very basic. There are only two TVs- none on 3rd room. Limited choices unless you sign in to streaming devices. Beds were ok. None of the furniture was comfortable. No blankets were on the premises. Just sheets and bedspreads. The dryer needs to be serviced. It took 3 rounds to dry a small load. The view was great. The location was great. No beach chairs are provided at all., but there are some toys. The pool area needs more chairs and to be cleaned. The dishwasher was good. The kitchen has everything you need. The dining area is very nice! You can see out with the high-top table. The master bedroom seems a little stuffed with furniture. You can't really use the dresser so it's in the way. This location is great for beach access and people-watching!
