Recently renovated and furnished! With views of the lake and golf course, this is the perfect vacation condo located in the heart of the Resort right next to the Baytowne Wharf, Marina, Tennis Complex and Jolee Island. Turnberry offers a peaceful setting with lush green common areas, a tropical pool and convenient parking.

There is a 6 passenger Golf Cart included, so spin on over to the sandy white beach! The swimming pool is just a few steps away, and you can easily walk to the Baytowne Wharf for food, entertainment and shopping. This location is superb.

Designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, this first level condo offers an open and airy floor plan. With brand new furnishings and cushy seating, the living area is sunny and inviting. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for the group, and there is dining seating for 8. The master bedroom offers a lovely view of the lake, a king bed, and access to the master bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and the third bedroom is complete with two twin beds. There are two full bathrooms in additional to the master bath. For your convenience, there is a washer and dryer. Wifi is complimentary.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Relaxing Getaway

The overall property was amazing. Walking distance to the Baytowne shops/restaurants, and could use the golf cart for a quick drive to the grocery store, gym, and beach. The unit itself was very nice and great size for the 7 of us. Area was pretty quite minus a little rowdiness from some neighbors, but they were just have a good time. Only complaint is I wish there would have been more toilet paper/trash bags. I will definitely see if this place is available for our next trip to the are.

The house was in a good location and was well stocked. It was clean but quite a few things were broken or in disrepair (towel bars, shower rod, blinds) just needs a little attention. The property manager was absolutely outstanding. I can’t overstate how kind and responsive she was.

We absolutely loved the place! Great location and short distance to the beach and dining/ shops with golf cart. Easy check in - check out procedure. We stayed with our 4 children and the house/ rooms were spacious and the open concept made the living room, dining room, kitchen a great place for entertaining / gathering. Would love to come back!

Nice , BUT

We have rented this property two years in a row for 3 months and were given no preference to rent for the third year. Beach Blue let someone book it on-line without giving us an option to rent again. We will never use this agent again! Property has some maintenance issues and is in need of some updating.

I attended meetings at the Hilton while my family enjoyed vacation time. The condo was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The golf cart was a game changer for the family to get around the property while I was working. We will book again.

Fun in the rain!

Weather was not our friend this trip but because of the beautiful home and perfect location we were able to enjoy every moment of the times between the rain! Phyllis was on point! I will only say that I do agree with other reviewers on the master bed mattress….hard is an understatement. I however did love listening to the frogs at night! Seriously nothing left wanting here.

The location and accessibility is top notch. The interior of the condo was not as clean as we expected as there were food crumbs left in the living room and master shower was dirty. For the amount of the cleaning cost, this shouldn't happen.

Awesome location

Been going to Sandestin for 10 years and this place is by far the nicest place we’ve stayed in. Location and view are exceptional and the kitchen has everything you possibly could need. Fishing the ponds was fun and the golf cart came in so handy when getting to and from the golf courses.

Overall, property was as advertised with a great view of the golf course small lake. I would recommend this property except for a few small issues: master bed was very uncomfortable; patio furniture in screened porch was not clean; bathrooms/bedrooms showed some aging; extremely loud "singing" from tree frogs outside of bedroom window from around 10pm to 2 am to the extent that sleep was greatly disturbed (husband slept with ear plugs but I cannot use plugs). All good otherwise.

Absolutely loved the condo and it’s close proximity to baytowne wharf, Phyllis was very nice and helpful whenever we needed her. The master bed was a little uncomfortable (too firm) and we heard the children in the condo above us running/making noise early every morning but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Perfect location in Sandestin Resort

My husband and I were married on the Solaris Yacht on the 23rd of April and spent the week prior to wedding at the Sandestin Resort. This home was perfect for us. The night before the wedding we kicked my husband out and had a slumber party. There was plenty of space for 5 women and 2 little girls. The day of the wedding we had a mobile hair and makeup service at the house and there was ample space for them to set up. My bestie did a fabulous charcuterie board and the kitchen was set up with everything we needed. The home was perfectly located within the resort and a short walk to Baytowne Wharf (or a really quick golf cart ride). Speaking of the golf cart my husband loved having use of it and drove it all over the resort as we had other friends and family staying throughout the resort. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely stay in this home again.

Location and Layout

We’ve stayed in many properties in Baytown wharf over the years. This unit was excellent for our needs this time with a great open floor plan, convenient location to The Boulevard shops and beach access, peaceful back yard area, and attentive property manager.
