The Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort is a renowned property in Miramar Beach, offering indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, a sauna, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. There's a free tram service for when you don't feel like walking to the beach, two on-site restaurants, and several walking trails on the property as well. You'll be less than a mile south of Grand Boulevard, two miles south of Baytowne Wharf, and just west of the serene nature trails at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park.

Nice and clean!
Would stay here again! Loving the leopard print rug!! Very spacious and super nice! My only complaint and reason for 4 stars is because the main door for the condo would never latch and lock. I called the main office and they said they’d do an urgent request to fix it and when we got back it wasn’t fixed. Could literally open the door just by pushing on it with my finger without putting in code. We didn’t have to type in the door code to get in the whole stay. We left our big valuable stuff in our vehicle with us, but other than that, it was a very nice condo/community to stay in.
