Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers many great restaurants and stores.

If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Great Location. Needs cleaning.
We did have a great time at the beach. The location was great. That was the good. Now the bad . The unit was very dirty. The floors were so dirty that within 5 minutes of us arriving, we all had black and grit on our feet. I had to find a broom and clean/sweep myself. The fridge, toilet and shower were clean but every thing else needs a deep clean. Nothing has been moved and cleaned behind in who knows how long. Also the pot holders seemed to have some kind of dried food maybe eggs all over them. All the dishes had a greasy film and had to be cleaned before each use. You were only given 6 towels. Which wasnt the worst bc there was a washer/dryer available downstains. But the washer rubber seal was moldy and had filth from previous use( a dirty bandaid) then the dryer was full of lint and a large dead insect. And the dryer door wouldn't shut so you had to keep checking bc it came open. Which was fun bc we stayed on the 3rd floor and it was on the 1st. Also yesterday as we were driving home my daughter and i are both covered in a rash that we didnt have before. Not sure if it was from the bedding or what. We made the best of it and it really was a great location and the rental company seemed great and even offered to send someone out to clean the floors but with all our belongings in , we werent comfortable with that and just didn't want to deal with that. Overall it was ok and we made our trip great but will never stay at this unit and wouldn't recommend it

The view and location were great! However there needs to be deep cleaning, pest control of The building. We had to deal with cockroaches. They were so extreme we found a different condo and checked out a day early. Hoping for some type of refund!

Location of this rental is great. Across street from public beach access and Pompano Joe’s. While lugging belongings up 3 flights of stairs was somewhat taxing after a 12 hour drive, but was a good cardio workout.

Surprisingly Pleasant
I booked this place due to flying in late and needing a place for a night or two before checking into a house. I was pleasantly surprised to find a nice little unit with a gorgeous view of the ocean. It’s a small unit that has some wear in an aging complex, but the unit itself is at it appears in the listing and the view from the balcony was gorgeous. Overall, I was pleased and would stay here again.

Enjoyed being close to the beach and having a pool as well. There was a small trash can that had not been emptied out when we first arrived, and some small things that could have been cleaner (fan blades had built up dust, base boards, paint chipping in places). There were lots of beach toys available to use, though we had our own. The appliances were new and clean, and there were plenty of dishes to use in the kitchen. We didn’t run into any problems with our stay, so overall it was good.

This was our first time staying at this property. The location was great, The views were amazing. We loved the property however, the ceiling fans were dusty and the place smelled musty. We ended up buying plug ins and air spray and used it continuously throughout our stay. The appliances looked to be brand new! The water pressure was amazing and hot! Our only complaint was the lingering musty smell.
