This luxury vacation condominium features stunning gulf and coastline views with timeless sunsets and endless emerald green waters with a fourth-floor view. This inviting two bedroom unit is a great vacation getaway. The interior of the unit is very cozy yet tastefully decorated with upscale furnishings and wall to wall tile floors. The master bedroom has a fun beach décor with a king bed and adjoining full bath with access to your private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There are TVs, and DVD players in both bedrooms and the living room for your entertainment. The unit also has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and everything needed for meal preparation. There is a dining room table that seats six. Majestic Sun A402 is sure to make great memories for you and your family on your next beach getaway. You will receive your arrival information via email. For your convenience, we have a concierge desk located at 77 Seascape Drive, Miramar Beach FL, 32250 if you have any further questions.

Please note: Majestic Sun is a smoke-free environment with smoking and chewing tobacco prohibited in all common areas, including the garage, walkways, pools spa, and pool decks, as well as on the balconies.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Clean and Simple

The property was pretty clean. The bed was to hard for our taste. We bought a topper to make it a little better. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in this complex several times and like the location.

Great view. We loved the balcony. Great air conditioning. So glad we brought extra trash bags from TN and Hand soap. There was zero hand soap in kitchen or the 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfy…..it is a long ish (for older people) to the beach to hangout. But overall. No bugs, no dirty stuff…..buttttt. The white towels were stained, prob time to throw them away and get new ones. Also there is throw up looking stains on the cushions in the sofa sleeper. So we needed up not suing sleeper sofa bc of that. All an all. Good spot. But long long walk to even the car.

Short stay for our anniversary

My spouse and I spent the night here for our anniversary (since we are locals, we didn't need more than one night), and enjoyed it a lot. It is in a great location right on the beach with a great balcony and view. It was pricey, but not unreasonably so, given the competition and the fact it was a holiday weekend and beginning of summer. The place was clean and comfortable. I would have liked some morning coffee, but that isn't a huge deal. Also, ignore the instructions for parking that say not to park in the parking garage...you can use it, and in fact will have to, given how few other spots there are in the open. Had a wonderful dinner at Bijoux, if you are looking for a good special occasion place.
