Mattresses are not comfortable. They are sinking on one side. Door locks would unexpectedly stops working. Breakfast, they dont consider about vegetarian, example potatoes & sausage under one hood & with same spatulas.

I brought my kids to see Santa magical elevator at the Natick mall 20 min drive. Had a great time. Went swimming and used the jacuzzi. Included breakfast as well. Would definitely stay again. THANK YOU

I had a great stay. Clean comfortable. I loved the heated pool and hot tub. The towels could have been larger. I would absolutely stay again. My first stay at a Holiday Inn Express. Front desk friendly and accommodating.

In advance, I reserved and prepaid for a room with two double beds for two adults. When I arrived, I was put in a room with one bed. I was told that I could get a cot if "I had to". It was obvious that they didn't want me to have a cot. I needed and requested the cot. No cot arrived. I called the front desk a half hour later about the cot. Then I went to the front desk after another half hour about the cot. It was old, dirty, broken down junk. I had to retrieve bed sheets for the cot. I was told that I would get a different room the next night. I confirmed that the next morning. When I arrived for the second night, they hadn't changed my room. The desk clerk kept asking me if I really wanted another room. Of course! I paid for a room with two beds for two adults not one bed! They didn't care that they had screwed up my reservation. They didn't say sorry or offer anything. They didn't care. They gave my room away and I had to deal with it. Unacceptable.
