Everything was great, from the rokm to the service. Nice and clean, felt safe, and they had everything we needed there. Breakfast was acceptional with plenty of choices. We were very happy with our choice to stay there.

Awful service
Booked stay here with hotels.com experienced unforseen travel delays. My trip that should have only taken a few hours ended up taking me 14 hours! when I finally made it to the hotel I was told they had cancelled my room even though I had already paid in advance. I paid for a room I never stayed in and was told they had no more availability. When I called the third party booking I was told my room reservation was cancelled at 9 PM. I had no way of calling the hotel from a plane to tell them I would be late! This trip was a nightmare! The hotel staff was rude. I will never stay here again.

Our stay was great. Staff is very friendly and our room was spacious and very clean. The pool was clean, kids loved it. Breakfast was not so great but edible. Overall great stay.
