Very unhappy. Due to a storm in the area we were unable to make the reservation. I tried to cancel within the allotted cancel time and it would not accept my cancellation I rebooked another hotel thru Expedia at Lubbock. If this is not made right I am done with Expedia!

Such an amazing and nice motel everybody so friendly breakfast was good. Rooms were good. Anything we needed. We went down to the front and asked and they were glad to give it to us and were always so kind and nice to us.

Sparkling clean spacious room, comfortable beds including the sofa pullout, and delicious breakfast. Plus friendly staff. We all really enjoyed the Texas-shaped waffles. It’s the little things!

We werebon the 4th floor. The room smelled bad. Like someone had smoked in there. Had to wait on manager to check us in for about 5 minutes because nobody was at the front desk. We just stood there waiting. Breakfast was delicious and the hot tub and pool are nice.

Our room was filthy, stains on the ottoman, bed pillow had someone else’s hair, shower had mildew everywhere, the room stunk. We got in at midnight and were too tired to request a room switch but I’m not sure it would have made a difference.

Average stay

It was an average one night stay passing through. The beds were a bit uncomfortable and the pillows from one of the beds smelled dirty. We asked for a rollaway bed which had crumbs when we unfolded. Some of the towels were stained. The breakfast n coffee were good. The pool was nice. Probably won’t stay again.

Past Due For Refurbishment

Time for a refurb!! Peeling paint, moldy shower grout, aging fixtures, clean-ish. Staff was very very nice, breakfast was actually pretty great for hotel breakfast, but probably wouldn’t stay again.
