The place was clean. People were very nice. Was looking forward to breakfast but the cook called in sick so all they had was donuts and coffee. Had to go up the street to Waffle King for a good breakfast.

Very nice place to stay. Large, clean and comfortable room. Great variety at breakfast. Close to restaurants, gas station, grocery, Walmart & pharmacies. Anything you might need all nearby.

We stayed here two days while touring Cumberland Gap. The hotel was fine but the staff were not very friendly. We have been traveling for severl months with our dog and book pet friendly rooms. This was the first hotel where the staff gave me issue with accomodating our dog. Ultimately we got a pet friendly room but the staff proceeded to lecuture me about getting the room. They also had trouble charging the pet fee.
