The room bathroom sink did not drain (so disgusting seeing hair floating in sink) no light bulbs in bathroom. Bartender at Steakhouse was so unfriendly after ordering a round of drinks, not cheap got an attitude when we asked for a glass of water. Will definitely request to stay in spa tower never blue chip tower needs updating!!

Overall i was very satisfied. My family had 3 rooms and all were clean and comfortable. The lKeside restaurant was very good..food and server excellent...but..saturdsy morning also advertised breakfast and open at 8am never opened until 3 pm so back to the fusion. Food in there is just okay. Got a bagel and it was super greasy. The steak house supposed to open at 4 daily didnt open at all on friday. I was there to surprise my daughter for her bday and a nice steak dinner woulld have been nice. I understand things happen but..

Check in was fast and easy. You have to walk a little to get to the rooms. Our room was clean. Shower was clean. They had a refrigerator in the room but no microwave if you have leftovers from the restaurants. Parking is pretty close to the hotel and well lit.

The stay was great overall! I just wish it was more clarity about having room service but not getting it. My food waited downstairs for an hour and no one ever told me it was ready in msg, I had to call.

We would stay there in the future, but on the newest tower side. We saw security and police go into old tower but no explanation. Went into the casino and either a homeless person or addict asking for money. One of the family restaurants closed due to water damage.
