THIS IS MY SECOND STAY AT THE HOSTEL, AND THE STAFF MEMBER DURING THE EVENING SHIFT, ANDRE I BELIEVE IS HIS NAME GIVES A VERY WIERD CUSTOMER SERVICE, NOT RUDE, NOT EXACTLY BAD. HE COMPLAINS TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT ALL THE THINGS HE NEEDS TO DO, KEEP AN EYE ON THE FRONT DOOR, DO THE CHECK IN, SEE IF THE WATER TANK IS FULL.. ETC. HE HAS DONDE THIS TWICE WITH ME AND ITS NONSE. HE COMPLAINED TO ME THAT IT ITS MORE DIFFICULT FOR HIM TO TAKE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT THAN PAYING WITH CASH, ALSO COMPLAINED TO ME ABOUT ALL THE THINGS HE HAS TO DO. HE GIVES ALL THIS INFORMATION TO A CUSTOMER THAT ONLY WANTS TO CHECK IN AND GO TO SLEEP, IT SEEMS HE SHOULD BE COMPLAINING TO HIS MANAGER. I REALLY WILL CONSIDER STAYING SOMEWHERE ELSE ON MY NEXT TRIP TO MEXICO CITY BECAUSE OF THIS, THERE ARE OTHER HOSTELS AROUND WITH SAME PRICES AND LESS NONSENSE. TELL HIM TO STOP DOING THIS NONSE COMPLAINING.

I booked my stay for some days and this app told me to pay a price(with taxes incluided) but they charged in my card much more than the app indicated me. So I went to asked why? A lady in the reception loudly told me that the app was wrong and that they dont care how much the app indicates to pay. So I was charged for more than my book says

Buen día, la experiencia fue mala, las fotos en las que se anuncian se muestran diferente, la habitación que me toco había un huésped que fumaba sustancias toxicas, aparte tenia un altar en una de las esquinas de la habitación el cual tenía diferentes accesorios y un tipo de incienso que tenía un olor muy olía, por lo que opté abandonar el lugar (no hice uso de las instalaciones), ya que íbamos dos personas y una era mujer, así que no quise exponer nuestra integridad, en mi experiencia no regreso jamás.

가성비좋습니다
침대가삼층까지있습니다 개개인 콘센트가 전부달려있어서 편했구요 콘센트락커에 노트북보관가능합니다욕실에 뜨거운물잘나오구요 화장실이 더럽다는 얘기가 많던데 괜찮았어요 위치는 최강이구요 지하철이 바로앞에있어서 이동하기좋습니다 조식은 날마다 다른데 간단하게줍니다 숙소가격도 좋고 루프탑은 최강입니다 다만 주말은 피해서 예약을하시는게 좋을듯하네요 다 좋았는데 토일새벽까지 루프탑에서 파티때문에 시끄러워서 잠을못잤네요

Las instalaciones son excelentes, así como la ubicación, es inmejorable, sin embargo considero que deben tener mas vigilancia para que no se fume dentro de los cuartos, al ser literas se afecta a todos. Sus colaboradores son muy amables pero deben mejorar el desayuno.
