Loved the service, room is very clean and loved beddings. Lots of walkable fashion stores around the hotel. But the room is very small with tiny bathroom. Chilled water with empty bottles available on each floor. Free Cappuccino machine at the lobby.

Clean, good location. Small room; small but stunningly efficient bathroom. Guests must take an elevator one flight to the lobby and reverse to depart, which can delay things.

Comfortable room.
Comfortable, small-ish hotel room. The bathroom was configured strangely, with the toilet under a small counter top that didn't allow the lid to open completely. Also, the lobby is on the 2nd floor without the option of using stairs to get there, so the slow and small elevators were a minor, but present issue.

Service was great, very convenient location in the center city area. One big problem: the shower did not have a proper floor tray or door, only a loose shower curtain that was too short and flooded terribly into the room. We had to switch rooms late in the evening which wasn't pleasant. The staff was very friendly but it took a while to get the whole thing sorted and get us moved.

While the hotel is located very convenient to train lines, the property is quite old and not very well maintained or refreshed. Rooms are small, walls are thin, carpets in room are grimy, and not much attention is paid to detail in the cleaning. I’d recommend checking out other hotels in the nearby area of which there are plenty.
