A perfect get-away destination!!!

Geared for your enjoyment, this 3 bedroom plus split level home sleeps 12 with the addition of a sofa bed up and down. The upstairs level boasts a master bedroom and bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen as well as a guest bath situated outside the den which features a queen size sleeper sofa. Head down the stairs to the lower level with another kitchen, living room w/queen sized sleeper sofa, dining area and 2 queen sized bedrooms plus day beds in each with a guest bathroom nestled between them. Step outside to the back patio and enjoy your surroundings which include a full sized BBQ and a heated swimming pool!!

Family Thanksgiving
The house was nice and fit us perfectly But Do Not plan on using the pool unless maybe you stay in the summer.I booked this property because it says heated pool I also called to make sure it would be heated and usable while we were staying it ended up to be a COLD PLUNGE I would of booked something a little less money with out a pool had I have been informed correctly

Great overall review of the property except one main problem... they advertised as being able to park and use the garage. When we tried to get ahold of the property manager, the first time I had to leave a message (day 1 as check in time is 4 and their office conveniently closes at 4) no phone call back i waited for a phone call back and by noon. Since I hadnt heard back I phoned againthe next day, I spoke with someone who transfered me to the "office manager" that qent sgraight to voice mail and I left a detailed message about "false advertising" as I also was looking at anktber similar property that did have larking in the garage, and no phone call back. The house is great, I would fire the property manger

Great Mesquite golf trip house
Great place to stay for a golf trip to Mesquite. Close to several golf courses, including Wolf Creek. The house is roomy, has plenty of space, and has an awesome pool and lounging area around the pool.

Had a great time and nice clean home. We did not have to contact management so can’t really speak to that. The only negative comment about the property is the lack of maintenance to the back yard. Although there is a pool there is so little upkeep of the landscaping and lack of leaf removal that it was impossible to keep the leaves out of it. Some TLC needs to be given to the whole back yard.

House was great. I went with a group of 8 people to play golf for the weekend. Property was well sized and clean. All 8 of the group had very good things to say about the home and how it served us for the trip. I highly recommend it to those considering a VRBO in the area.

Ladies golf week #sukiyaki open
Very nice house. Cleaning crew missed a couple chips from previous renters but overall a great stay. Just wish we could have warmed up the pool a bit. It was too cold to really enjoy it, but the location is very central and a nice neighborhood. Good thing we bought candy for Halloween. Had about 50 trick or treaters ring the doorbell the day we arrived. It was great entertainment.

Really clean and cozy.
Upstairs bedroom and bathroom lighting is a bit dark. Heated pool was really chilly. Kitchen was stocked really well and everyone was comfortable with the beds. We would return.

Home was perfect for a three couple, golf getaway. Only wish we could have turned down thermostat for nighttime. Our Idaho blood needs 68 degrees or below to sleep comfortably... at 73 it was too hot.

Nice get away home
Overall we enjoyed our stay at the house. When we first got there we were stuck outside because someone had left the wrong key set out for us. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and quickly found us a solution. The house is a lot bigger than it looks in the pictures. We didn’t have any problems with the fridge like in other reviews. The pool was great to have with COVID being able to have a private pool was a huge plus. We were a little annoyed that we couldn’t use the fountains on the pool due to the owner not wanting anyone to. We need end up going to buy Lysol wipes and candles because the house did have some what of and old smell like no one had been there in a long time and the counters and light switches needed to be wiped down. We enjoyed the time we spent there but the requirement of a 3 day minimum took a lot of money out of our pocket. We had to take another day off of work plus pay for the night so that was also a little annoying. It is in a great location 5 minutes from the casinos and golf course we will probably stay again mostly for the pool.
