First of all coming into the hotel there was a stale smell. We noticed reallly strong cigarette smell in the elevator and hallway. Every door is marked smoke-free, so it must be in the carpet. There were also stains everywhere on the carpet in the room. It didn’t look vacuumed either. Our beds were covered with 10 inch long hairs. It was in the sheets of one bed, but all over the comforter of both beds. So clearly they didn’t change the sheets. One comforter had mold all on a corner like it had been wet and left unwashed. We checked in late, so we were exhausted. We just went to sleep. But this is one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever been. I don’t even want to eat the breakfast because it probably is not prepared in a clean area.

When I arrived there was 2 drunk men stumbling about the lobby. The room I was given was right beside the lobby and elevator, which meant I listened to the elevator going up and down ALL night long! I asked for a different room but was told “the house is full!” So I didn’t really have a choice! My room was lacking in attention, the bathtub was dirty, the carpet was filthy with several stains, and the a/c unit sounded like a lawn mower when it was running! The bed was comfy, thats THE ONLY reason I stayed!

I stayed here with family for a weekend. It was a nice convenient place with a pool and a hot tub. It was kind of expensive for what was offered but I couldn’t complain because it was last minute. Overall I liked the place the only issue that I had was one of the sheets on the bed had stains on it. Other than that check in and check out was smooth and it was a great stay.

Facility was fairly clean. However, there was no vending machines anywhere to get a drink or snack. The attendant was never at the desk. The room was noisy. AC kept makind a whistle sound. The room door had huge gaps. You could actually see light coming in all around it from the hall. You could hear everyone walking by. Light fixtures were half falling off. The bed was so uncomfortable on my back. No support. Had to lay out pillows and sleep on those. Then in the shower the water bearly came out. And the fixture didnt even have an option for massage spray. So your stuck with a little trickle. Sorry but the room sucked.

When we arrived, off the front desk area, there was a water leak from the ceiling by the elevator that got worse. Staff was nice but slow. Then they didn't check on us to empty the garage or see if we needed toilet paper or towels. I called the front desk and nobody answered. Then I waited and called back and asked for toilet paper and 2 towels. She was polite and asked if I could come get them. I did but when I arrived at the desk, nobody was there. It turns out, she was getting the supplies. I didn't know that she was getting the supplies and had to wait about 5-10 minutes with nobody at the desk to help. They should have more staff. On a better note, the beds were comfy and the breakfast was good. They had eggs and sausage, waffles, pastries, fruits, yogurt, cereal, juice and coffee. We enjoyed the food consumed.

Walls are paper thin. Could hear every conversation in the room next to us along with everything on the TV. The “cable” that they have included weird channels & we were not able to get NBC at all and we re unfortunately not able to watch the Olympics. The tub in our room looked like it was a bad crime scene clean up, but was most likely stained that way from lack of scrubbing efforts. Neither of us wanted to try it out. The sheets were clean, room vacuumed and the sink and toilet were cleaned. They must not look at any of the other surfaces in the bathroom because there was a round “M” sticker on the wall from a previous renters new shirt. The room was supposed to be a handicap accessible. It had a lower peephole and lock for the door. But the accessibility for the shower was a plastic shower chair with lots of holes in it that I had no idea when was last cleaned.

Fairly quiet. Just a little dated, and some fixtures needed a little fixing. The staff were ok, but could be more knowledgeable regarding reservation details. The room where we stayed was good, just not satisfied with how it was cleaned up, especially the bathroom. The extra bedding looked like it wasn’t really washed well (if it was washed at all) because there was still hair on it. Overall, it was ok, not really that good, but it was ok.
