First room No AC, no phone and no hot water. Second room huge urine stain on bed. Elevator down and was on 2nd floor. I looked past all of this until front desk accused my 55 year old mother of stealing a water bottle and made her pat herself down. I hope this never happens to someone else. Went to tru stay by Hilton and was amazing.

The desk clerk was friendly on arrival. The elevator didn’t work had to walk three flights of stairs, to a room that had not been cleaned. The bed was not made up and trash in was in the room. They gave us another room it was ok, then the toilet stopped up maintenance came and fixed it. The pull out sofa had white spots on it and the mattress had a table cloth as the fitted sheet. Needless to say we won't stay there again.

First of all coming into the hotel there was a stale smell. We noticed reallly strong cigarette smell in the elevator and hallway. Every door is marked smoke-free, so it must be in the carpet. There were also stains everywhere on the carpet in the room. It didn’t look vacuumed either. Our beds were covered with 10 inch long hairs. It was in the sheets of one bed, but all over the comforter of both beds. So clearly they didn’t change the sheets. One comforter had mold all on a corner like it had been wet and left unwashed. We checked in late, so we were exhausted. We just went to sleep. But this is one of the dirtiest places I’ve ever been. I don’t even want to eat the breakfast because it probably is not prepared in a clean area.

The room was clean and quiet, but felt a bit dated. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean with the exception of the toilet being very scratched and felt old. I would stay here again.

When I arrived there was 2 drunk men stumbling about the lobby. The room I was given was right beside the lobby and elevator, which meant I listened to the elevator going up and down ALL night long! I asked for a different room but was told “the house is full!” So I didn’t really have a choice! My room was lacking in attention, the bathtub was dirty, the carpet was filthy with several stains, and the a/c unit sounded like a lawn mower when it was running! The bed was comfy, thats THE ONLY reason I stayed!
