The main level features a cozy master bedroom with a queen bed, along with two custom-built twin bunk beds that are perfect for kids or extra guests. Upstairs, the spacious loft offers a second queen bed and room to unwind. With high-speed internet, a welcoming living room, and all the essentials for a laid-back stay, this tiny home is big on charm and ready for memory-making.

Great cozy getaway

We loved our stay at The Dreamer property. It was the oerfect size space for my husband and I, and great location! The property was well decorated and had plenty of comforts/amenities. It was also very close to cute shops, great restaurants, and great hiking. We’ll definitely be returning!

We enjoyed our stay in Mentone. Very home away from home. A little hiccup when we got there with the address, but we contacted the property manager and they got us to the right place. This tiny house has everything you need.

There are some repairs & improvements that the owner should consider. The outdoor grill is in total disrepair and we could not use it. The entry to the front porch needs to be repaired immediately! The rain has washed away much of the sand and stones for the ramp. It is very dangerous to enter and exit. Steps installed would be much more appropriate. Would be nice to have a lamp in the living area. We also, could not get the electric fireplace to come on. Overall we still had a wonderful time and stay! Place was very clean and very adequate for or trip. Definitely enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and essentials for your use. When ever back in Mentone, will definitely consider this place again!

Great for a family

We stayed here on our way to pick up our older daughter from camp. Our younger daughter thought it was so cool. It was clean and tidy. The coordinates made it easy to find. We used the convenient fire pit. The water pressure was great and got hot quickly. My daughters want to stay for two nights next year!

Nice cozy tiny house

We planned a short “relax” trip to Mentone for my daughters spring break. The house was easy to find, easy to accommodate the 3 of us and we could have easily slept a few more! The kitchen is fully functional, I cooked a few meals and everything worked great. The living area was very relaxing, I spent each morning there with the infrared fire place on, coffee, and a book. My 17 year old enjoyed having her own space in the loft area. The bathroom was a perfect size for the 3 of us, and the bedroom was comfortable and has its own temperature setting which works great because my daughter gets hot in her sleep and we get cold! The owners were in touch with us every day to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely rent this place again!

Huge for a tiny home

Loved this place. Very modern and quite spacious for a tiny home! Home had everything we needed. Kitchenware was stored too high for short people but we managed. Nice gas grill with side burner so cooked entire meal outside. Great communications with host, home was clean and easy check in process. No dishwasher but that was no issue for us. Having a washer and dryer was very convenient. Close to town, not a long drive to all the conveniences and short drive to Desoto Falls (worth the trip alone). Will come again.
